Had the strangest experience today… the girl working never spoke. I said hello, silence, asked how she was doing, silence, made my order, silence. She just stared straight at me, never smiled or altered her facial expression at all. I actually thought she may be hard of hearing, or deaf, until she proceeded to make the order. Absolutely bizarre service. Unfortunately, I had to tip because the other girl working the register was very kind… I would have felt terrible withholding a tip from someone actually doing a good job. Assuming they tip share… the other girl needs to be fired if she’s going to be collecting tips from people being of service.

We drove 40 minutes just to get the no sugar added flavor , and the cashier was very rude about saying they don’t carry it . I checked the order online app before we left just to double check . It’s also posted on the flavor window. She didn’t give a rip , told me I prob have the wrong store . I said no it says Fargo . She just well I don’t know then . No apologies, or tell me she will tell the manager, etc. she basically threw each ice cream at me across the counter .also the entire store was filthy from the garbage , the floors , the toppings containers.

The staff are very accommodating for my mom, she has celiac disease and cannot have anything with/that has touched gluten and they have been able to make her ice cream gluten free! (Oh and the ice cream is amazing ofc)Dietary restrictions: As put above

I love the ice cream here. Generally lines don’t take too long if not over busy, but door dash for them is terrible and never showed up with our delivery the one time we tried that.Giving 3 stars because first of all, prices are already way too high- and then they overcharged on my card two days ago after I didn’t take a receipt. The order total was only 7 something, (total after taxes and everything) but they took out $9.29. I didn’t tip on my card either, but they must have taken one out for themselves. No way is 1 cup of ice cream worth that much…..

I will share that not only did I get a few mixins with my ice cream but I also got this hair mixed in with it. Disgusting!!

I stopped in on 05/26/2023 shortly before 4:00 PM there was quite a long line and only one worker. The wait was a little longer than usual but the gentleman working behind the counter as kicking butt!! He was working fast and had an amazing attitude the entire time!! Will definitely be returning for this amazing service!!!
