I love Crux Coffee! Their food options are great, not to mention the environment is so welcoming and their baristas are very friendly. I love matcha lattes, and I have to say Crux might have some of the best matcha in Fargo. Do yourself a favor and order an iced matcha latte with vanilla and lavender. You'll love it!

Caramel latte was satisfying, not a long wait - and they (at least currently) offered a fresh cinnamon & sugar coated mini donut with your coffee.Cozy corner with couch to sit and chat, along with a number of tables. A lot of windows allowing natural light.Monday mid-morning is very quiet - I imagine since it is connected to an apartment building that earlier it was busier with people grabbing coffee before class. And I would expect it to be busier later into the afternoon, as well.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide ramped sidewalk direct line to the door from the parking lot, with button-open doors. Wide clear access in the hallway/atrium to the coffee shop. Not too many tables, seemed there was space to navigate around them.
