We had a very friendly young woman who took our order and service and food to our table was terrific. One of the best Dairy Queens we've been to in quite some time. The seats weren't very comfortable though but the kindness of employees made up for it. I would recommend going here to anyone who wants good food and friendly staff.

I took my children through the drive-thru at the 13th avenue dairy Queen across from Wendy's. When I arrived home I discovered my daughter's a french fries were not included, my son's barbecue sauce was not included and my chili cheese dog did not have cheese on it. I called them and the customer service was abysmal. It took him 10 minutes to determine that I actually had gone through the drive-thru about 10 minutes prior to my phone call and and eventually asked me what I thought he should do about it. I said I feel like I should get some kind of compensation because I didn't get everything I ordered. Then I said never mind it's obviously too much trouble for you. He yelled at me and hung up.

Went through the drive thru yesterday night with two cars ahead of me. After waiting in line for 45 minutes I was given my food. I parked in the parking lot to check my order and everything was ICE cold. Apparently they must have put my food in the box and let it sit there for 45 minutes until I came to the window.

I guess the remodel of the 13th ave store in Fargo, ND is being paid for by skimping on ingredients. I have never had a peanut buster parfait that looked so sad!

I was super excited for this location to re-open, but I’ve gone thru the drive thru about three times now, and have gotten awful customer service each time.

Nice Dairy Queen. The customer service was outstanding! Welcoming, friendly, and helpful service. Very impressed. The food was fantastic. Great job with the Blizzards, filled over the top of the cup, well made with plenty of fixings and toppings. Delicious!! Our meal was hot and fresh. My wife and I enjoy sharing a 6 piece chicken strip basket. It was really good, especially the hot, buttery, Texas Toast. So good! Tha atmosphere is an average Dairy Queen. I am sure we will stop in again. Always fun to enjoy a Dairy Queen treat now and then!

I ordered a doordash pickup order payment was successfully made. I went to pick it up and was informed that they could not access the doordash on their tablet so they could not provide my order. The employee that helped was very rude and when I asked to speak to the manager, she was worse. She had horrible customer service said it was not her problem and that there was nothing she could do about the food or the refund. If you cannot provide the service that you advertise than its false advertisement. I feel the refund should come from the restaurant due to it being their fault and the customer service was horrible. When i asked for the cooperate office or the owner the manager stated she did not know and wouldnt provide that information to me. When i addressed that her customer service and the way she was talking to me was unacceptable she stated goodbye and it was not her problem.
