This is DQ's idea of a medium sundae. I questioned the size of this itty bitty sundae. The person looked under the cup and saw an "m" on the bottom and said yup a medium. I'm sorry, but shouldn't the amount of ice cream inside the cup be considered??This is DQ's idea of an $17+ meal. Food not that great.Also, they did not give a receipt nor did they offer a receipt.I think I'm done with DQ.

I stopped in at 9:10PM and staff said they stop serving food at 9:00PM yet they are open until 10PM. Three female employees were blaring trashy rap music with excessive profanity easily heard throughout the dining area (The same females have done this the last 2 times I have been in the dine in area.) I made a complaint to the manager (Jose Estrada) who said he was extremely sorry and would send a gift certificate. 13 days had passed so I emailed again. He said he would send it and he was very sorry once again. It has now been 6 days since the last email and still nothing in the mail. What happened to this location? It used to be a great place and it's become a trashy establishment that I don't want to patronize any longer after 15+ years. To say I am extremely disappointed would be an understatement.

Stopped at the Dairy Queen at 5 after 10 they were supposed to open at 10 I called them at 10:10 as we left an after several rings she finally answered Isaid don't you open at ten and the girl goes oh aren't the doors unlocked this is not very good business this is the third time in 2 weeks this happened to us. There's 2 people in there working and you don't know if your doors are unlocked come on!!!

First time here and the last. I felt service here was not nearly as good as other Dairy Queen's in the area. Staff not washing after bathroom and order would take napkins to clean up as presented.
we were there about 3pm monday and EVERY table was filthy..except the one in use. We saw 3 workers, two guys and 1 girl. The girl and 1 guy were actually helpful. The guy that helped us had a very dirty blue shirt on and seemed irritated that he had to take our order. He kept taking his cell out and looking at it. He said "great, I just missed a call!" I asked the other guy fir a wet rag to wipe a table snd he immediately came out and cleaned 4 tables and seats. If I had been one of the two helpful workers I would have beenuoset that the one guy was useless. After we ate, I ordered a milkshake which he made. It was the worse dq milkshakes I have ever had. It was like drinking vanilla milk. Sorry to be so negative...but management is paying a guy who isn't working. Chicken strips were goid...fries were cold.

Order was messed up. Wanted cheese curds instead of fries and a discount for a blizzard didn't get applied even though they scanned it. No napkins in the bag, employees rude, slammed the window and walked away after handing it to me. Not coming back. Always have bad experiences here and employees not doing their jobs.Parking: Lots of parking spots all in wacky spots

I always love dq but tonight after a long weekend of working 13 hr shifts I just wanted something quick and easy on my way home to feed the kiddos and get em to bed. I arrived at 9:00 and they said they stopped serving food already and hr before closing seems a little rediculous especially for a fast good chain that has a smaller food menu than the rest. I passed 4 or 5 food joints on my way home but chose this one because It's close to home there was no line and I support neighborhood businesses before big chains . love it. Today v ,
