Google says temporarily closed. Credit card machine was down yesterday. Employees said it would be up today and they're closed.They do have the automated rewards message going so you'll be able to sit in the drive thru for a while until your patience runs out.Why that's going with the shades drawn, who knows.This dq will closed permanently soon enough. Poor management

Ordered a cake and had it for pick-up and was not done when I got there. I did have a 4pm pick-up and was told it would not be ready til tonight. This was at Osgood Dairy Queen. Staff was not friendly at all. Very rude . Will never use this Dairy Queen again.

I don't mean to be that guy but, the service was terrible. I waited an hour for two blizzards and a burger. I had told them three times what i was missing and after the 3rd time mentioning it, I finally got my food. Don't recommend

The drive thru is always over 20-30 minutes of waiting regardless of how am to cars are in line. There is always workers outside messing around and not helping out, as well as workers inside messing around and not helping do anything. I watched the employee scoop my food with his bare hand without gloves. literally disgusting.

The wait in the drive through took eons. Two cars ahead of us left because the wait was so long. They asked us to pull ahead and wait on the side for two small cones.. total wait time = 25 minutes.

Fast service. But had to tell staff to add whipped topping to 1 of the shakes... they added it to the wrong one

Don't go to the drive thru. 1 car = 10 min wait time. Regardless of order. You can do the math. Just go to the Hornbachers across the parking lot and get some Ben and Jerry's or maybe an apple you prolly need to eat more fruit anyways.

They messed up literally every part of our order from over charging us. Giving us different drinks from what we ordered and giving us different size meals. On top of that the cashier was a slow crackhead who was not fit to take orders or handle food.
