Ordered the Beacon combo this evening with lettuce, onion, and light BBQ. They got everything right, but decided I didn't need the beef brisket that is standard on it.

The Narmer used to be my favorite sandwich, but the Avocado spread, seems to lack taste. The sandwiches in my mind used to be so much more fresh. Now it just seems to be hit and miss. I don't write this lightly, I hope this place really goes back to the way it was about ten years ago.

It's straight trash. Wish I would've taken a pic but I was given this massive chunk of bread with the smallest amount of meat inside that the first few bites was all bread. Bread to meat ratio was probably 5 to 1. Shameful

The employee got my order wrong, and when I opened it up some of it fell apart at $12 it was not worth it.

The workers were rude the lady got upset cause unasked to put my food on a sandwich wrap paper. So she threw excess bread from the cutting board in the bag! She was large and rude

I rarely ever leave reviews but that was the most awkward experience at any restaurant. The 2 people who were working there acted highly annoyed I walked in and the way they were talking and acting I believe 100% they were under the influence. Talking so slowly I couldn't understand them and moving so slow it looked like they were in slow motion and they were clearly annoyed when i asked any questions about the menu. Very uncomfortable and disappointed. If I was going to eat there I sure wasn't after interacting with them.EDIT: I got home and realized my sandwhich had mayo on it which I clarified with them twice that I didn't want. When I drove back they didn't apologize or anything but at least they did remake my sandwhich properly. Will not be going back to this location ever again.

I got a roast beef sandwich and it arrived absolutely covered in mustard and mayo. It was all over the outside of the sandwich, and oozing out of the torn paper wrapper. I hate to throw food away, but this wasn't salvageable. This is not the first issue I've had with this place by a long shot; the food quality has gone down in the last few years. The chicken wild rice soup has been basically tepid, watery broth with a bit of rice. The Mac and cheese has been delivered crusty and congealed. I'm done ordering from here. It's a bummer, because I really liked the food.

Admittedly, I have not been here in over one year. The menu items have changed. I was not able to order my favorite sub, but the worker was very professional, answered all my questions and we even had a connection of previous orders.Even though the menu has changed what I did order was very good and I would recommend anyone to try or try them again with the new menu palette. Order incorrect even though the ticket rcv'd w/order had it right. Salad was sandwich fixins thrown in a bowl. Mac & cheese was equivalent to the box kind. Brisket subs were, meh. Super disapponted considering the reviews. Would not recommend.
