I’ve been to many Erberts and Gerbert’s and this is by far the worst. They forgot half the ingredients on one of our sandwiches, and there was no sauce on the sandwich. It was too expensive to be this gross

Place an order for 2 sandwiches and had add-on extra Turkey on both sandwiches.I did not get any of the add ones that I had ordered. Because the order was placed with Uber Eats, they refuse to help me. Full disclosure. I got my money back through Uber. It will take 10 days but I didn't want my money back. I wanted the food. If anything you take away from this review, just understand that if you place an order, go into the store to check your order. Otherwise, they will not help you, and you will not get what you want.

The store closed at 7:30 when they said they were supposed to be open until 8:00. I read the sign saying the inside was closed and went to the drive-thru only for nobody to help me after 5 minutes when I could see there was an employee walking around on the inside. The lights shut off a couple minutes after that. For whatever reason they left the open sign on too, which honestly just added insult to injury for my experience here.

I’d like to say my cheesesteak was tasty (not an authentic cheesesteak) but had to pass on the quality because there was so much liquid dripping from this thing I thought I was supposed to wipe the floors with it. The bread it was served in was so soggy. Using dripping liquid cheese too? Not impressed. Wasted $14.00. My suggestion is to strain the juice from the meat and use real cheese. Won’t be back.

I normally review positively. When a customer says thank you, you say you're welcome. Not "Yup", or a simple slam of the drive through window. Better not plan on their closing time being their closing time.. I got there at 7:47PM and they had already locked the front door. Then I went to the drive through window and was told they were closing. I said well, I have a pick up order for my wife. Since we paid, I would like to pick it up! D@mn kids these days.

I've gotta say, this is likely the worst E&G's in existence. The place was totally dead and the workers just kind of stared at us when we entered like they couldn't believe we came in. The bread was pretty stale tasting and one of the sandwiches was covered in more sauce than I've ever seen on a sandwich. The thing looked like a bucket of mayo and hot sauce had been poured on it and it was so messy that the bread was saturated and falling apart. Two of the other sandwiches had an entire head of iceberg lettuce on each and there really wasn't any attempt to make them even resemble a sandwich, with both crushed and sad looking. All of them were slapped together with contempt and sent out. One of the employees was loudly complaining about something and swearing, and another kept staring like he still couldn't believe people were there. Bad service and really disappointing food, with a side of depression, only $50! No chance I'll be back, as nobody really should go in the first place, but it's really your call.

Ordered online to have the store tell me 15 minutes after my eat delivery time and after calling another store that my order was cancelled. Also missed out on the rewards points I put towards the purchase. Final time I deal with this store!

They are NEVER open! Don't go by the info on the door or online either. That's never right either.

Good food but did you know you pay almost double what it costs by ordering the food through doordash or Uber eats you can save a ton by having them deliver from the store themselves. Just call the store or order on the erbert and gerberts site.

Spent over 40$ and the crooked workers wouldn't give me my receipt for my points on the app. They were unprofessional I got the wrong order and they wouldn't remake my food. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here on a good day.

Very disappointed with my order. I’ve order from this location in the past, but this is the worst by far. Only on slice of meat? Not worth the money.

2 Married Nerds and the dogs

I always look forward to the big pickle but it was mushy and disgusting. Ordering is hit or miss so we don't order often. I just wanted a good freaking pickle. It would have made up for the grease layered soup that had 6 noodles and 5 pieces of carrot. Sandwich was good but come on with the pickle.
