Good sandwich, was informed that the lobby was closed so we’d have to eat outside. The hours said open till 4. It’s only -4 degrees with windchill, I can totally eat outside. Kind of confusing.

I went to the Erberts and Gerberts in Moorhead. They have a friendly staff that'll go out of their way for you. They make good sandwiches here and they do it quickly too. Had one little misunderstanding and they made it right. Great staff and great service guys! Thanks for being here for us!

Came in around 320 and were informed the lobby was closed so we'd have to eat outside. The service otherwise was polite but once we sat down to eat we got a bunch of bread and hardly anything inside. Needless to say we won't be coming back.Just as I'm about to leave and post this I see another patron in the lobby eating... hmm thought the lobby was closed..

To start the lady taking our older had a disgusting cough and was not covering her mouth. She also was working on food prep which is gross. Second, we ordered two hot brisket, Mac & cheeses and they sucked. The picture on the menu shows a sandwich overfilled with mac and cheese and meat. Both sandwiches were depressingly empty. Half of the sandwich didn't have Mac & cheese and if we had combined the two into one it still wouldn't have had near as much as the picture. Very disappointed. Also the ambiance just wasn't great with a worker coughing non-stop and most of the tables were gross.

Total dissatisfaction today. I have been an avid customer in the past but I no longer like what I see. It has been my experience, over the past several years, that the sandwiches were becoming somewhat ”de minimis” in their contents; but the lack of contents in my sandwich today was absurd! There was just a small amount of meat, barely any lettuce at all. It was the “thinnest” sub that I have purchased. With their new delivery service there was an additional $5.05 added on to my bill ($3.55 was a tip that they put on the bill - granted, I would have tipped anyway but I would rather that it be under my terms, not theirs?). My combo was over $22, for a thin sandwich, chips and soda. Insane price! Even if I would have gotten the amount of food anticipated, the pricing has gone beyond reason! I have been a big fan of Eberts & Gerberts in the past, but today that stopped!
There is nothing to these sandwiches except bread. I've never ordered a sandwich with so little meat/toppings actually in it. $15 for bread, chips, and a drink.

I feel like the food was lacking a bit of meat. I ordered the Mac n cheese brisket sub and it barely had any meat. Wife got pulled pork sub with onion crisps and pickles, a bit more meat for that one. Got the broccoli and cheese which was delicious and the beer cheese soup was ok. Over all the food was amazing, definitely gonna go there over subway, Jersey Mike's or Jimmy John's. Waaay more flavored packed in to each bite. Darn speedy too I might add!
