Service is so slow, used a coupon for an hour worth of free pool or so I thought. They took $6 off. When trying to talk to a manager about it they basically said that's not how that works get over it.

the price vary in how many hours you stay there playing pool.If you are only going to eat it is cheaper, a good atmosphere to have a pleasant night with excellent service.
Tables are in worse shape than local bars. Service was terrible and they didn't have a 9 ball rack .it's a pool hall .... not impressed and it was expensive probably not going

This place is huge. Tons of tables, started going to the bar directly because our waitress was stopping way to infrequently and forgot to bring my wife non alcohol soda multiple times. The bartenders on the other hand were on top of it. Speedy and efficient getting it done. Had a great time but will definitely mention to wait staff to stop by every 10 minutes if in a group as I was told by others that unfortunately they have seen this as a regular problem. 45 minutes in between drink orders is just too long. Everything else was good though so don't let this minor issue deter you. If you are looking for a night of pool I would recommend

The place is really nice and a fun place to hang. We were here for an even and the staff member serving us put her nose in the beer pitcher because she couldn't remember which was which and judged people on their drink choices. The food was a taco bar by their kitchen and it was decent but the Spanish rice was super mushy and not great. Besides service I had a really good time.

Great place to gather with a group. I've hosted and attended many events here - there's a lot of different options when it comes to reserving room space. Very budget friendly as well!Parking: When it's busy, the parking will fill up quickly in the front. There's usually enough side parking, but busy weekends you may end up street parking.

We have been at parties here twice in the last couple months. Both of them had food and both of them everything was good.The beverage service at both was really good and the wait staff was always near.They had pitchers of water and glasses on all the tables.It is also nice that there are areas that you can have a private party or larger areas where the games in the area are yours to use.Pool tables, cornhole, darts, charitable gaming slots, blackjack and pulltabs.Lots to keep busy and have fun

Great time had by all 40 of us attending our work Christmas party! The food (Chicken Marcella) was absolutely delicious, the party deck was the perfect spot for us, such a great atmosphere with so many fun things for my staff to do! Last but not least our server (Jerry) did an amazing job! Thank you Jessica (event planner) and Jerry for helping to make our party so great!
Work party... I was all cool initially.Got over not one brand, even as low as Korbel at the bar. Not a ounce of Brandy in any brand at the place.Ugggh... Guess that Pendleton whiskey works. Ugggh. Being a ole timer server in my day. I tip very well. Over n beyond. But when a young man steps in front of me n gets served first? That's just wrong.If I was 20-30-hell even 40 again. You male bartenders would remember who throwing tips at you.Treat your elders well.

I never leave google reviews, but our experience was absolutely horrendous I have to leave one. We went to billiards and rented a room. We all ordered food at the same time and the last of our groups food arrived an hour after we all received our food. We had a room booked til 8 and we didn’t leave til 9 because it took an hour to get a server to come to us and close our tabs. We also were only assisted twice to get drinks. The servers and manager while they comped our pizza left it on the final receipt. Food was subpar but this is without a doubt the worst service I have ever experienced in Fargo Moorhead.

The place has upscale potential, but lacks the staff for the amount of business they do. But the staff they do have make sure to go above and beyond to get you what you need. Ask for Cheryl, she's a gem! I tend to go here after work and have a drink or 2 and I can't complain one bit.
