absolutely horrible. no sauce on the sandwich. barely any meat. they have different lettuce and tomatoes which are disgusting and only put 1 and a half slices of tomato on the entire thing. won't ever be going back to this location.

Place is amazing ? yea it can be busy but I don't consider this place fast food. They are working hard and aiming for times but it does take a while when busy. 20-30 mins isn't bad at all for the amount of food they cook. If you want fast food go to bk or taco bell lol keep up the great work ?

First time back since new ownership and not impressed. Came on a Saturday at 12:30, not very busy, and literally took 45 minutes to get 1 sandwich and fries! I might give it one more chance but needs to improve or I won't be back. I used to come every Saturday for years.

Wow. I haven't been here in years and they really have fixed up the place. Wonder and kind staff and the food was fresh and amazing. This is a great place for a sandwich. If you haven't been here you need to cancel your plans for the day and come here!

One of the worst and rudest customer service experiences I have ever had. Also took over 30 minutes to get my food. Have eaten here before with no complaints but it has been a while. Do not plan on returning after this experience.

Shrinkflation is ruining a once great community staple. Sandwich contents have been reduced to the point you are now eating mostly bread. Once generous helpings of fries are now skimpy. Sad to see a locally beloved place like this go down the tubes.
The food is always good. The wait for the food was extremely long, It appears that phone in orders are taking precedence over in store patrons. The smell in the back hallway is awful and seeps into the eating area and needs to be fixed.

Great food, funny employees always enjoy my experience in the store. Great food always quick and hot. Delicious food. Tried that new sub the brick house I believe it’s called. So good!! Top 2 favorite subs highly recommend it. Only thing that would make it better is a breakfast sub. I think that would be amazing!!!

12/26 Stopped & ordered to go. Wasn't that busy. Waited for over 30 minutes for a small sandwich & fries. When I got back to work it was the wrong sandwich. I tried calling 6 times. No answer. Not impressed!!! If that's how you run a business I feel bad for the other patrons. They looked disgusted as well.

This place has changed. I wish someone had warned me. If you haven't been here in a few years, it's not the same.Taste is good, just doesn't taste the same. Half the meat, half the fries, and 50% more cost. Only two people before and took 25 minutes to get my combo. This was at 7pm so maybe it's better at lunch when management is around?
