Front of the house was run MASTERFULLY by a gentleman named Austin. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Food was great, as usual, but I wanted to give a shout-out to Austin. Thank you for making my mother's birthday a memorable one.

This location sucks we had to yell across the restaurant to get service after just standing there for over 5 minutes and when we get sat 10 minutes later the server stated they were out of what I came there to eat. This isn’t the first time they run out either so that means bad management all around if you can’t get enough crepes ordered or prepped or keep a host at their host stand. And I was told the gordo that helped me was the managers son. What a crack den of a restaurant don’t go here.

It’s your typical IHOP, familiar layout and menu. Food is fine, but nothing to get excited about. I will say that this particular IHOP had great staff with the cooks and servers having a great flow and hustle with a full house!

If there wasn't a 35 min wait when there were over 10 tables clean and ready for people to sit at, I would rate this higher.
I love the IHOP food but that building is in dier need of an update. Its pretty janky and dirty inside. Last week when we stopped in, not only was it dirty but it smelled horrible; like a septic smell. It was gross! We will probly have to stop going there, Which sucks, but it continues to go downhill.
