I've been here twice and both times they could not even make a plain sub with only meat and cheese. Only go here if you want mayo on you sub

I went through the drive through to order a sandwich, got back to my office and noticed it only had meat and cheese on it. I called them to see if they could deliver the correct sandwich to my office three blocks away and they said I had to go back to get it. Didn't even get free chips or a drink! Make sure to check your order before leaving the lot!

Placed on online order and was called 15mins later stating they didn’t have a driver on staff. Ordered via DoorDash instead and got the same call. Now I’m waiting 2-3 business days because they didn’t have the ability to turn off online orders? That’s poor service.

It was fast even as we walked in. I had the new Thai chicken wrap and it was excellent. I had an Arnold Palmer and my partner had a number 6 and a diet coke, chips and cookies. great food, and we were still able to make it to my appt on time. thanks!

Sooooooo incredibly slow every time I go it’s unbelievable… I can get a sandwich faster at a place that grills it up for you… this is a cold cut sandwich what are they doing? Freaky Fast is no longer the slogan for them…

Employee spent all the time visiting with the car in the drive thru. Waited five minutes for service got none and left. There was no other customers in the store. Other employee was doing the dishes

What happened to this location? I don’t know if it’s management or what but it’s just gone downhill. Ordered lunch delivery a month ago and was called and told they were out of bread? At lunch hour? Took them over an hour to deliver it. Then today decided to go to the drive thru. Only person in it. Waited over 10 minutes for two of their simplest sandwiches. Yes there were 4 people working in there. Something is up over there.

This location used to be good. But I’ve been to this location 4 times within the last 3 months or so, and they’ve gotten my order wrong every time. 4 times in a row. Not sure why I even went back after the second time. Not only this, but I order a sandwich that’s listed with no mayo, so I don’t bother asking to take it off. They put it on. So next time, I even go out of my way to ask for no mayo on a sandwich that isn’t even supposed to have mayo and THEY STILL PUT IT ON.
