Food is fine and delivery is quick BUT we have a multi level building and food is hardly brought to the listed floor on the order. We have also had numerous times where delivery has been very loud/calling the name of who ordered when it is been indicated to be left on the desk even if no one is at said desk. Kind of distracting when counselors are in session with clients.

It’s a young manger in there.He always wearing an Apple Watch and a Hat. He did an amazing job by making sure my food was right and ready. The other managers in there are no help even the area manager is rude.But the young dude manager is alright. I hope he see his potential and leave that place. He deserve better.

I used their app to order 2 sandwiches, I customized the sandwhich in the app taking off the tomatoes on both sandwiches, and takin off the mayo and peppers on one sandwhich. I've ordered through the app before and never had a problem. My sandwiches got here and nothing was left off as I requested. I spent $45 on sandwiches i can't eat. I called the store on 13th St in Fargo and was told my customizations didn't come through and there was nothing they could do about it. Corporate policy is to make the sandwiches per what comes over in the app and they can't remake sandwiches. Customer service is officially dead. All I want are the sandwiches I ordered, not the sandwiches the "first lead" decided to make.
