Went for lunch and, even though the place was fairly busy, we were able to order quickly and found a place to sit. Our food arrived very quickly. The sandwiches were fantastic. Very tasty with fresh ingredients and good portions.

Upscale sandwiches and salads. Prices are higher than subway and the like, but have more quality ingredients to reflect this price. Seating and decorations also consistent with a little fancier establishment.
Have used the drive up window 3 times now and every time the order was messed up. The employees around dinner time don’t read the order requests, whether it be adding or removing ingredients. Won’t be ordering from here again.
Typically I love McAlisters because it is quality food for a good price. I was very disappointed today though. I saw the waitress stacking multiple plates on her arms, while it was impressive, I don’t want the bottom of a plate on the top of my sandwich. Which would explain why there was a piece of chicken on top of my BLT… gross. The Mac and cheese was also disappointing. I don’t know if it was reheated a few times or if I got the bottom of the container but the cheese was a weird consistency and the noodles were all broken. Again, usually love this place but I was extremely disappointed with the quality of food and cleanliness.
