I honestly do enjoy noodles & company and nobody's have. The food is always tasty and I have no real complaints I usually just order online and go pick it up. I haven't ordered that much within the last almost 4 years though. It looks like they are definitely practicing shrinkflation. $18 for this noodle bowl in the picture and the cookie. If they are struggling for business I hope they don't wonder why. I won't go there much anymore if it all. Again I don't want that critique to take away from the quality and the tastiness that is usually had from their food. If price was a star rating I would give it two stars.Vegetarian options: It do seem to have plenty of vegetarian options on their menu.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of gluten-free and noodle alternatives to choose from here.

I ordered in-store to-go for dinner. There was maybe two other customers when i got there. Waited 35-45 minutes for my food. When I got home and opened my bag they had given me the wrong pasta order with nothing of what I ordered in it. I ordered the penne rosa with parm crusted chicken, no mushrooms. I was given what looks like zucchini noodles with broccoli, mushrooms and grilled chicken. I don't understand how they got it so wrong. They even had the correct order on the bag.

Poor customer service. Ordered online, got to the store right when I was told it would be ready. Waited over 15 minutes at the store - ridiculous. Got home and realized they either screwed up my order or gave me the wrong one. Called them and they said they would remake it. Drove back to the store - got there about 10 minutes after I spoke to them on the phone. They looked up at and said "oh! I'll start your order right now". So I had to wait 10 more minutes for them to remake it. Pathetic. Between the driving and waiting they wasted 45 minutes of my day.

Sorry not sorry but you just lost a customer's business. I ordered a basil pasta a couple weeks ago through door dash, but door dash wasn't the problem. They delivered my food with everything as requested except the pasta and the chicken. Called restaurant and let them know, and the lady manager said I would get a free meal next time and would write my name down so that happens. I called them today and talked to a male manager who didn't sound like they believed me and couldn't find my name anywhere but said he would have the pasta ready by 11:30. I only have a half hour lunch so I can't wait forever. I left after 15 mins of waiting. So much for my supposed free pasta. I am so angry about this experience and I will not be going back.

Food was alright, nothing to scoff at. But honestly, never go in the AM, always the PM. There they have more consistent workers that don't quit due to poor management. The AM team can't find consistent workers due to the main manager yelling every chance she gets, so they are all over the place and have trouble actually maintaining their sanity. Do NOT eat here from 10-3pm, your food is going to be ok, but you might experience a screaming manager in the back. Instead, I suggest you go from 5pm till close. I went there at that time and honestly, they felt alot more alive. So A. Don't eat here in the mornings, go to the one down by Cherry Berry. B. DONT WORK HERE! You will regret it.

The food is alright, it's pretty expensive for the quality in my opinion but you do get a hefty portion size. There was an error in our order, im guessing they accidentally tapped one item next to the one I ordered, it came out pretty fast after telling them. We also had to remind them of an applesauce with our sons order, and we realized they didn't give us his apple juice.

I ordered buffalo chicken shrimp cavatappi and potstickers and they were all cold. Not to mention they forgot the shrimp just to bring it to me cold. 20 min wait to initially receive my food. Completely unsatisfied. The time is 6pm and I think that's suppose to be typical supper time. Thanks. Not!

Terrible service. The girl at the front was a crab and rude. The guy cooking was complaining loudly of having to be at work and how he was about to walk out. Then our food was taken by someone else because of the girl at the front not doing her job properly. So we waited about 45 minutes and on top of it our food was absolutely terrible. Never again.
