We went to get a drink 10 minutes before before closing. The girl looked up at us and said, “She’s our last customer.” And went back to work. We didn’t feel welcome at all and it wasn’t a great experience.

The girl said her name was Amy but had a necklace with a M on it my son went there to get a Julius and she was very rude to him she just threw him his change and was very snotty he’s only 11 yrs old made him feel awkward and disrespected for no reason

Morgan is the rude employee that gives this place all of the bad reviews. She is rude and does roll her eyes at you. I went to grab a drink at 7:50pm. Online says they close at 9pm. I walked up she immediately looks at me says “we’re closed” in an extremely rude way and walks away. Horrible service.

Beyond rude employee tonight...tries calling 4 tines with no answer...showed up at 745 when they close at 8 and were told the 1 customer in front of us was the last order... they hadn't even ordered yet and walked up 2 seconds before us... we said seriously which we were then told \\\"if it's that big of a deal I can take your order\\\"...then continued telling us we are making a big deal of it...in front of the other customers! Very upset and she should certainly not have a job in retail/customer service...nobody should be able to act like that to a paying customer especially when your still supposed to be open for 15 minutes!

I went there today because I wanted a smoothie. The lady that was working at around 11:30 on august 6th (today) was very rude. I said i wanted energy in my drink. She made it with protein which I get it, things happen, however she was very rude about it and argued with me about what I ordered. She told me I was wrong and that I ordered protein. She then grabbed the cup and threw it into the trash aggressively and made me my smoothie with energy. She slammed it on the counter and the cup wasn't full like it was with the first one. She glared at me the whole time and made me feel as though I wasn't welcome. Very poor experience and very upsetting as a customer.

They have moved in the mall to the food court area. I don't know it's been a long time since I had a strawberry Julius, but probably won't have one again. It wasn't that good, just sort of blah. Nice service though.

I didn’t like it because there was a girl that was wearing all black with the black short and she was disrespectful and throwing things at me and said that she was going to call the security and I didn’t appreciate that a lot in as a staff. It shouldn’t be doing that at all.

Great smoothies, Horrible Customer Service. I didn't have my wallet one day at the mall(was there for the clinic, but got very thirsty) I told the orange julius employee I didn't have money and asked if I could just have a cup of water.The manager woman told me "that'll be $5.70. We aren't running a charity".Many other times, as a paying customer simply buying a smoothie, the employees have been rude too.

That girl did the same thing to me twice already and she doesn’t deserve to be there. The smoothies are good but the one she made me is terrible!!!HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Too bad one star is the minimum cause she deserves a ZERO!!

Smelt bad as I walked up to order (like chemicals) waited to order a smoothie because the girl with pink hair seemed like she didn't want to work there. My smoothie was made and set to the side as I talked with my friends, I didn't see it of course. The girl walked away didn't say it was ready and proceeded to yell at us that our smoothie was ready. Walked away displeased. Won't be coming back.
