Shake and tea were great! 3 stars because the customer service was not good. 2 people hiding in the back and they didn’t come up to the front when the bell rang as I entered. A couple minutes later one of the employees yelled if there was anyone there. Just seemed impersonal and not professional.

Very snotty.. as someone fat and new to the shake business I felt shamed and bad for asking questions. The staff Here were very short and rude. I will definitely be going to the shake place on veterans and 40th.. they at least answer questions and don't make you feel d*** for asking them.
