This was our first time in and the employees there were not happy to be there. They all looked mad and two of them you couldn't even hear talk they were so quiet. There were absolutely no smiles and it wasn't even right before close. The meat they used on my burrito was the end of the container and as dry as you can get. I think that was the most uncomfortable/bad service I have ever experienced. Off of that alone I don't think we will be returning.

I've avoided this location for a few years now and decided to give it another try. Rough. Burrito and bowl barely over a pound for $24. This is like getting 6 mcnuggets on a 10 mcnugget meal. For my money, I'd rather give the Chipotle down the road a chance over this.

Food is good the 3 people you have on schedule tonight 3/22/2024 are terrible! So rude and disrespectful no people skills. Radio blasting in the back can't hear them talk when they say something. If I could give this place a negative star rating believe me I would because of the people working. In my opinion and may be only mine I would recommend an employee re-evaluation. The service was nothing shy of abysmal. Will not be a patron at this location ever again!!

Came in to get my free chips & queso for the promotion while I was right next door. I was kinda taken back when the lady working made a snarky comment & looked at me like I was stupid one for just ordering chips & queso, as she had a huge hickey on her neck and clearly made no effort to cover it up.Even waited 10 minutes to come grab it, yet when I got there the ticket still wasn't even pulled from the printer and it was slow. Not the end of the world, because the guy at the cash register was nice and saved the awkward interaction, but could tell he was sick of being bossed around by someone like that.Per usual, the food was better than Chipotle or Qdoba, but the experience sucked today

Why do I have to wait 20 minutes in line to order when some lazy person is sitting at home ordering burritos from their couch? This place has gone completely downhill. I won't waste my time anymore coming here because they make you wait so long you might as well just walk to Mexico and get all the ingredients yourself.

Decided to try this place for the first time. Immediate regret as soon as we got our food! The food ia absolutely horrible, over priced menu for what you receive. Tasteless and very generic!When we sat down and looked around, it was incredibly dirty! Food all over the floor, tables not wiped down. Just gross!Mind you it was just the 5 of us dining.The staff was friendly though, only positive remark!

Pancheros is one of my favorite places. This location has kind of went down hill over the past year. (I started going here 2 years ago) The burrito I had was ice cold, didn’t have queso, and tv hasn’t worked for a year. The Bismarck locations I went to when I lived there were much better.

Great service! Was very impressed with how well the staff balanced taking restaurant orders with door dash orders. Portions were great, too! I'll continue to frequent various Pancheros locations whenever I'm in the northern Midwest :-)

I came into the restaurant and wasn't greeted at all. And waited on them to make 6 online orders befor even speaking to me. Then when I asked for fresh carnitas because the carnitas they had have been sitting open and for a very long time to were it looked like Jerry. She very rudely said "no that's all we got l" very very disappointed. Used to love this place. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!
