However I order carryout from the location on veterans now because it takes 1.5-2 hours for delivery, it comes from doordash even if I order through the papa johns app and food comes underdone and cold. I love papa johns and always have. I order my pizzas welldone and it always looks as if I received a pizza that was microwaved for 3 minutes. I always have to bake them again when i get them and even then it just doesn’t hit like their counterpart. Nothing but disappointment from this location. maybe try idk caring about what people order? I have felt so sick every time I order from this location.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and it’s supposed to have “red” peppers but they made it with onions…. Which I tried benefit of the doubt to order twice same pizza but Man pizza corner has it for chicken bacon ranch instead.

I ordered a pizza for carry out on 12-31-23. When I arrived at the sceduled pick up time they were super busy which was understandable given the date. After waiting about 15 min my name was called and i was given my order.When i arrived back home i opened the box to discover that my order was wrong. I had ordered a half pepperoni and mushroom, half canadian bacon and black olive, full onion stuffed crust pizza. What i recieved was a plain cheese stuffed crust pizza.Now I understand mistakes happen but it was not a cheese pizza that i ordered and paid for. So i tried calling the store and kept getting a message stating that this numbers voice mail has not been set up. I gave up calling after a few tries and decided to come here to air my grievances (no need for feats of strength, merry festivus).Anyway, i'm not looking for a full refund, we did eat the plain cheese pizza after all, but I would like some tangible gesture on P.J.'s part to make this right.

This location is no good. 2 times I have ordered a pizza it way late and cold. I recommend another location or little Caesars or a cheap frozen pizza a least it will be hot out of your oven. If you call to complain it goes to the Philippines by the way.

Ordered a single pizza and single order of breadsticks at 6:00 pm. Called at 7:30 to find out where our pizza was and was told the driver was out with it. Five mins later we received a text from DoorDash saying he was supposed to deliver our pizza but the manager at Papa johns wouldn't let him leave until they gave him another order as well. He arrived with our cold pizza at about 8 PM and told us to immediately file a complaint with Papa johns. He had screenshots and documentation to back up his story. Open the boxes and the order is completely wrong. We tried calling the store for a refund and our call was cut off four times until we used a different number/phone and pretended to want to place an order just to get someone at the store to talk to. The manager at first was only going to give us a partial store credit refund until tempers were lost. Shockingly bad experience.

I placed my order and received confirmation at 5 PM. It is now 6:45 PM and we have not received our order. The tracker isn't working and no one answered the phone. Our food finally arrived about 7:15. It was very good and when we asked the driver about the wait, we were told that they were dozens of orders behind. Driver was very polite and apologized for the wait.

Had a pizza delivered and live on the 3rd floor of an apartment building...,...not only did the delivery driver not buzz my apartment he simply left the damn pizza in the entrance of the apartment building! Another LAZY millennial right there! Think I'm about done with Papa Johns. Not only was the delivery driver lazy AF the pizza was garbage! Will not be giving my business to them again!!!

Delivery. There were so few toppings on this I couldn't even taste the hamburger or mushrooms. The onions were all tossed in the middle. Very little flavor, even in the sauce.
