It’s so easy to make an online order and come pick it up! Order was nice and fresh because I arrived on time! Considering they are low staffed, they did an amazing job! I wish I had more to tip!
I placed an order for delivery, called for an update and was told it was placed as carry out so my kids and I waited for food for nothing very disappointed.

Ordered stuffed crust supreme pizza, to be delivered. The crust around the cheese was not fully cooked. It was extremely gross, biting into half raw dough.For $30, I shouldn't have to recook my freshly delivered pizza.Very disappointed.

The Pizza was very disappointing, and they forgot the bread-sticks (which we were charged for). Seems like they didn't have enough staff.Delivery driver was from Door Dash despite ordering through the Pizza Hut site. She said the staff that was there were not helpful and they had a line out the door. I tried calling to obtain a refund on the bread sticks at least, but only got endless hold music.I was really shocked, because the service has been great historically.

No one answered the phone. Took me 20 minutes to get a curbside pickup i ordered that was marked as "ready" by the time I arrived

The people that work here are so friendly regardless of how busy they are, and boy do they stay busy. My daughter is obsessed with the wings and I've never gotten any bad food from here..... my pizza is always on point. I'm assuming they are facing the same staff shortages that most places are struggling through. You think you can do better? Apply and hop on that line. Or cook at your own house. So many Karens on here complaining. Get over it

The door on this business is SO filthy what I'm afraid to order food from there! It's disgusting and maybe the management or one of their workers could pay more attention to how they introduce their business to customers! PLEASE CLEAN THE DOOR HANDLE IT IS A HEALTH HAZARD TO CUSTOMERS!
This was the worst pizza. No sauce. Raw vegetables in huge chunks and it wasn’t throughly cooked. It was still doughy. It was aweful!

Everytime I place an order on this site my order supposedly never gets received or it's never delivered. Then when you call the store you get the ring around or they hang up on you. You tell them you have a confirmation # as proof which you'd think they can verify for your order and they ignore it. So I had to call corporate to get my money back.
