I just ordered two large pizzas and a 2 L when my order arrived the 2 L was missing I called to let the store manager know he was rude and unprofessional. He lied and said they were going to bring it back, but never did when I called again, he said the driver told him he came back, but I refused my 2 L, so I had to go up there to get my 2 L and my tip back which was $10. Most people don’t even tip. Plus driver would’ve received a extra tip for bringing what he didn’t bring the first time back even though it wasn’t my fault the whole store is unprofessional and ghetto.

This location is dead to me. Took almost an hour and a half to get the pizza. It was delivered by floor dash instead of pizza hut employee. When it arrived it was cold and not much for toppings on it. I don't review often but when I have an experience this bad I am going to let people know

This location has had some staffing issues over the past year or so with that said every time I come I there I get greeted right away. They are very very busy on Friday, Saturdays and Sundays. They have limited hours at the moment, I think the manager said 1pm-9pm. To see the very few they have running around getting things accomplished makes me feel that soon as they get a couple more people wait times will go down and over all the quality all around will be much much better. Keep up guys and thank you for staying open. Most places are closing way earlier or not opening at all for that day. Keep up the great work!!!

Honestly, the food was decent for what it is, I dont know if we just got lucky or what. My issue is that they had a doordash driver deliver it. They should at least let you know a third party contractor is handling your food, there were no seals or stickers on any of it either.

We ordered a pizza but it never came and Pizza Hut would not give us another one. Wings were ok not great. We called and they would not let us speak to a manager. Never again no wonder Pizza Hut is closing restaurants terrible customer service.

Hiring a handicapped woman for pizza delivery when can barley walk is in surgical boot and swings arms to keep balance sends toppings every wherebshakes sodas. Wordt part is I fear dor her waking on ice in surgical boot barley able stay upright she may slip and hurt self. Or how she dives . She was a trooper working her butt off smiling and exhausted . Cmon pizza hut you can do better place her in a position that not dangerous to her well being or anyone else while driving. If everyone was of great spirits and attitude as hers everyone be employee week but effort doesn't do it results do. I admire her and I'm sickened by manager who.putbher in that dangerous position

Impossible to have oversight or accountability when you're using third-party delivery operations. These drivers are using multiple apps and taking multiple orders at once. So I see my driver on DoorDash GPS going all over town and my food ends up being 15 minutes late and no hot bag was used for my order. If I give this location another chance, it will be for carry out and not delivery.
