I've been a consumer of PB since it opened. The food quality & selection has remained pretty consistent over the duration. The customer service is total trash. With as many times as I went, I built up a considerable number of rewards points. About six months ago I was told that the system was no longer functioning - after I placed a big order with the intent of using some of the reward points. Nothing was done as a show of good will by the operators. I'm still kicking myself for letting them off the hook for that but now they have a new rewards system so everything I had accrued got flushed. It's clear they don't care about even loyal customers so don't be surprised if you go & have an average or below average experience.

Wow and Yum! Found A gem in Fargo! Make it your way and you will be so delighted. Wonderful collection of options - tofu with edamame and seafood salad and I'm in heaven. Wasabi mayo - good heavens!

Saturday early dinner time and the place wasn't busy. The girl working there had an odd affect and didn't smile or really say anything. Didn't reply to "hi! How's it going?" Just blank stare. Food was ok, but not best poke I've had. There is much better poke by the hospital (sanford west). Disappointing as we don't have poke in our town. Didn't go in back seating area so can't comment on ambiance.

Was one of my go to places. With zero notice of reward point system leaving can't say I'll be back anytime soon. We were told last week our next one was free, came in tonight and told the system is gone for good

Kinda weird. Food was nice 'stuff in a bowl' if you are into that. Kinda like the owner had only half invested in this place. Music was from a cheap bluetooth speaker hanging from a hook in the roof. Fine if your hungry and in a hurry. Terrible if you want atmosphere.

Poke Bowl is located in downtown Fargo in association with Wasabi Sushi. The good: The menu of build you own Poke Bowl has a lot of options and the food is very good. The selection of vegetables, starches, proteins, and sauces allow anyone to build a bowl they can love. The services is fast. Poke Bowl is set up mostly as a take-out location, but there are a few tables there to sit if you want. The not so good: I wish there was an option for the eat in patrons to have it served in a real bowl. The paper cartons it is served in are adequate, and great for takeout. I understand that would require some table cleaning, but they are confluent with Wasabi Sushi which is a sit-down restaurant. A small thing, but it would be a nice option. Eat in or take out, is it a particularly nice lunch option.

I've eaten here twice once as a walk-in diner. And once having it delivered. Was more than happy both times. I'd add a great picture if I could figure out how!!

If we need a quick meal with fresh and tasty ingredients when we are in downtown Fargo, we frequently stop here.

My partner and I ordered takeout from Poke Bowl and received very generous portions. Some parts of our bowls were not our favorite, however the service was excellent. Great find.

I understand the hype about this place now! I got the spicy salmon and the girl was super helpful with picking out ingredients. I also got a super yummy tea that I haven’t stopped craving since. Highly recommend

I've been to quite a few poke bowl places, and this one is average. I would recommend just getting the basic, maybe add another protein ($4) but .50 per additional topping wasn't worth it to me. I added an adult beverage and the total cost was $24. So just be careful! Staff was friendly food was ok. If I had a serious poke craving I would go back.

One of my favorite places to eat in Fargo. Everytime I come around, I always make it a point to visit. Nothing beats the portions and flavor you get for the price. Plus the people who own it and work there are great!

I enjoyed it more than I was expecting.the salmon and the poke sauce was very tasty. The presentation wasn't as pretty as I've had in other places, but that's not really a problem for me.It wasn't as big as I was expecting for 16 dollars, but given I was in North Dakota, I was still happy.I'd go again if I was craving poke.

I had a bowl with the ahi tuna, and it was a bit salty but everything else was good. I wouldn't consider this restaurant authentic "poke", but it is good anyways. It's more of a sushi salad instead of a poke bowl.
