You have one guy standing there talking/flirting with a girl while pretending to wrap a burrito for 5 minutes while other workers try to work around him, holding up the line. I mean another worker seriously asked him to move 3-4 times and was completely ignored. And then you have a card machine that you have to insert your card into 10 times to get it to work. Insanity honestly for what’s supposed to be a quick serve food counter. And on top of that I asked for sour cream and the bottle was out and the guy just decided to not put sour cream on my bowl and put a lid on the bowl before I could tell him the rest of my toppings.

The two women that often work Tuesday nights are the BEST. Super sweet, helpful and all around good people. This location is always clean with the tastiest food. I'm never hungry when I finish. Love coming here

Rudest staff ever, i left this review months ago because i was shocked about how rude the staff was, i work construction & would pick up food for the whole crew we where spending 80 to 120 dollars a day here & i would even order all the bowls the same to make it easier on the staff, yet despite this they where very rude one of them even splat the guac on my bowl because i reminded her i wanted guac on all the bowls, than the cashier made remarks saying he doubts i can afford all that food and he doubts i have more than a 20 dollar bill on me i love qdobas but will never go back to this location, im disgusted they treated me like a bumb & i was providing alot bussiness

I would not recommend this location for a take out order for more than two people. The restaurant cannot handle the details or accurately fulfill an order, even when given second and third chances. I placed an online order two days ahead of time for three family meals with some extra orders of queso and steak. I picked up the order, and it was ready on time. However I got all the way home (about a 20 minute drive one way) and discovered that they forgot to include any queso in my order. They also forgot to give me the extra steak that I ordered. I called the restaurant and told them exactly what I was missing. The restaurant apologized and said they would refund me for part of the order, and get the queso and steak ready to go. I received the partial refund to my credit card almost immediately. I sent a family member to go pick up the items. When the items were brought home, the restaurant had only sent half the amount of queso that I had ordered. I called the restaurant again and the manager asked me if I was sure there wasn't any queso in the order I had picked up earlier, insinuating that I was lying. I repeated that I was very clear when I spoke to him the first time that we did not receive any queso. He said I would receive another partial refund for my troubles. I did not receive this second refund as he promised, nor did I receive the second half of my queso. Several of the chips in my order were not cooked completely, and seemed soggy. Overall, I like Qudoba's food, but I will not use this location again. Disappointing service, lack of attention to detail, poor management attitude. Don't blame customers for your mistakes.

Went in around 2.30 for a late lunch and dude named Danny was rude as hell and yelling at his coworkers and just being rude. I guess it doesn’t matter what these reviews are for cause I see his name on here and yet he is still there serving guests. Only plus side was good and the short female cashier. You can do better Qdoba.
