Food was good. The service was good once you got to the counter, but the cashier was also making the items right after your ordered. So it just took way longer than should've when the line really wasn't that long.

First off, my apologies for not getting any pictures. I was too excited to dig in! Maybe I'll go back within the next couple of months, throw them another $10 bill, and get tons of food (because it's so inexpensive), just so I can get some pics for youMy review:Parking?- Yeah it's in a strip mall type building. You won't have a problem parkingAtmosphere- Cool and hip. 'Twas refreshing to see. Much better than boring, stale seating areas like other places haveStaff- 2 young females who were nice and putting in an honest day's work. Felt like it was a good starter job for them. I thought they both did wellOkay now for the food, I tried 4 items:Beef hard shell taco- Great! The taco shell was hugging all the ingredients. That was awesome. I want more.Beef tostada- The best! I'd come back just for this. The entire surface area of the tostada was covered with toppings just the way it should be!Beef enchilada- Weird experience with this one. It looked unappetizing, but tasted VERY delicious. I'll get this again...just next time eat it with my eyes closed :)Taco burger- No thanks. 80% bun, 15% ingredients, and only 5% taco meat. AKA: ratios were all off. Has potential though. If you up the meat amount then I'll be a fan of this itemActual rating would be 4.5/5 however Google doesn't let me do that so I rounded up.PS: I am addicted to the salsa they sell in the local grocery stores

It used to be the best place in fargo to get tacos. The portions of meat is very stingy. If I want lettuce and cheese tacos I'll make them at home. The help is not very friendly.Parking: Not today

Surprisingly, this is the only Red Pepper in Fargo. Service has been a bit hit or miss over the last couple years, seems to be staffing issues, but generally it's a good spot. This was nice to have while I was a student at NDSU.

It isn't the best food in the world...however look at the prices. Tacos and grinders.
Red Pepper has always be one of my favorite spots to go for grinders. Since I'm from Grand Forks, where the original Red Pepper is, I can say this with good faith that Red Pepper will not disappoint.

First time trying this place since I hear people rave about. Had to try the famous grinder and was left really disappointed. Thete is more bread than anything else. I ordered the turkey grinder and added taco meat and there was only a single layer of sliced turkey and a thin layer of taco meat and a ton of bread. It also wasn't heated as requested.The sauce, however, is delicious and really liked the chip sauce as well, but could definitely use double the current portion of meat to balance the sandwich.
