Good food and connected to Freshman dorms. Only 4 stars because it is closed on weekends.

Things have gone downhill here recently and the cause is likely short staffing. Dirty, unkempt, and comes-up-short are ways to describe Res dining center.

They have the best staff at this dining center.

Out of all the NDSU dining centers this one is my favorite. The Global Eats keeps things fresh offering a variety of meals from chicken tikka masala to shrimp tacos. The grill is consistent and will be serving some assortment of fries and a food on a bun. The highlight is the unlimited speciality coffee you can order, and is admittedly why it's my go to. Compared to the other dining halls the seating atmosphere is spread out and friendly.

This dining hall is a pleasant place to eat, along with an ice cream machine. The floors are kept clean, and the staff is always nice and will to give you another portion. This is probably one of my favorite experience at NDSU. You can chat with your friends, while enjoying chocolate milk or rather an ice cream cone. The ice cream here is way better than it should be. And not to mention the food in the mornings is extremely scrumptious, especially when it's 6 am. Who doesn't like egg bake. I wish every eating experience was like this.

It's a big place with an all you can eat coffee bar in it. Perfect spot to cry into your homework

Had a meal plan here. Its a great place to eat and you can also cook stuffs on the grill. They recently introduced the BYO-Build Your Own where they actually provide you an option to build your own pasta nachos or pizza(check with the menu on ndsu dining app to see what they have). However, wish they provided some more ingredients for cooking on grill like garlic.

Good food, set up well

Great food on the NDSU campus! You pay one fee and get access to all the food areas. They have a homestyle food area (corn, fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, etc.), global food area (falafel, gyros, pitas,etc.). They also have a dessert area and breakfast area. There are more areas, but I didn't get to them all.The food quality is better than you'd find at an all you can eat buffet, but not as good as a sit down restaurant. They have food options for everyone. Overall, good quality and selection for a good price.
