Ordered delivery and our order was missing items. $60 worth of food and hardly got any. Most of the food was not edible. Sweet and sour sauce filled the house with the smell of vinegar. Crab Rangoon had a very weird taste. LoMein was incredibly dry. Looked like a package of dry ramen noodles. Will not order from here again.

Pizza and cream cheese wontons showed up almost 2 hours after I ordered them. No sweet and sour sauce with the wontons and pizza looked like it had been sitting out for a day.Terrible!!!!

Excellent place for quality italian food. Visited near twelve, it was not full. I will be bringing friends next time. Food is like a restaurant in Louisville I loved.

We love Nine Dragons....Chengtu Chicken is our favorite and the Fried wontons are awesome. One con is that they consistently miss sending parts of our delivery orders.

Ordered take out and they forgot a few items. Went back in and some guy named Tim told me I was wrong and that he gave me everything. Very rude. The food wasn’t any good anyways so won’t be going back.
I ordered food here and 3 hours later no one had delivered it still so when I called they were VERY rude and was going to send back the same food that was siting there for 3 hours rather than making it fresh when they didn’t even come the first time they supposedly say they did.

He refused to refund what I paid and threatened to call the cops before even speaking to me like a loyal customer I used to be. I WILL NEVER GET THIS AGAIN NOR WILL MY COMPANY!!!

I just recently had the most unbelievable interaction with this establishment. It started by me simply ordering delivery and the call ending with no option to pay. I called back after thinking about that and realizing I always pay over the phone. I called trying to do so, only to then have the the manager berating me about how I must be lying, the ordered was entered as take out, not delivery and didn’t give me information and on and on, at that point I had had enough. So the manager then got on the phone and threatened to “add me to the list,” needless to say I am completely done ordering from your/this establishment. The most unprofessional manager I have unfortunately had to listen to and then briefly talk to.
