Bit down on a piece of plastic at the bottom of my fry cup. Found another smaller piece as well.

3.5 stars. The burgers and chicken sandwiches were great. The Double Colorado burger was particularly good. The smashfries, smashtots, sweet potato fries, and Brussels sprouts were very good, though the number of tots I got for $3.80 was annoying (about $.30 per tot). I would not recommend the Haystack Onions. Service was ok, but not great. My primary complaint would be how filthy the place was. Tables, chairs, floors, and walls. Quite filthy.

Expensive. But best burgers ever. However, trying to order online is extremely confusing and I can't figure out how to find the specials with the online ordering. And even told me they were closed at one point and they were notBut Savannah is always been absolutely wonderful. I had not been in there for quite some time but she still remembered my name. She's a keeper that's for sure!Parking: It is a big parking lot in a strip mall. I have never had a part more than three spaces away.Kid-friendliness: I don't have children anymore but I don't see why it would not be kid friendly. We don't have a playground inside or anything like that. But they have a nice dining room and outside seating which is probably really great family's that have smaller children.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get into the restaurant and handicap parking nearby

I hate it when people don’t know how to review a restaurant. The complaints I read mostly were about the food being greasy, expensive or the joint being dirty. A smashburger has to be greasy, the grease is what holds it together, it’s the way it’s made and good food costs money, you want a cheap burger go to McDonald’s and honestly a combo meal there isn’t going to be much cheaper and the quality is far superior at smash! Secondly this is not a sit down restaurant with a server waiting on you, it is a half step up from fast food which is no slight. It’s a little more expensive than fast food but it’s also better quality than fast food so tables aren’t going to be as clean in a fast food joint especially post covid.Basically, this place rocks if you like good burgers. If you feel you need an abundance of food on the cheap, hit up a Cracker Barrel.

This place is a little spendy, but the burgers are really good. They also have good shakes and some other options for side items besides friesIf you don't mind spending a few extra bucks for a good burger, this is a good place to go.

The employee at the register let me know ahead of time that there would be a wait and was super kind once my order was ready--she thanked me for being so patient. The Buffalo Wings were absolutely worth the wait! 10000% recommend this place!
