I just went to PourHouse with my family for lunch. I guess the food was good but we couldn’t enjoy it. A customer who was obviously over-served came to our table twice touching our kids and even threatened to kill us. I wish I was joking. We told the waitress and said he does not need more to drink. She said to let her know if he bothers us again. Touching our kids and threatening us bothered us the first time. We told her it looks like he is bothering another man who he kept lurking around and touching. She said it’s the owner. How is the owner sitting there and allowing the man to keep drinking and harassing customers? The food was good but I can honestly say if this over serving is normal there and the owner is ok watching families be threatened I won’t be back.

I enjoy pourhouse but do find their specials misleading. I ordered a 3 mules and was charged $27 instead of $12 for their Tuesday special. They then said it only qualifies for a standard mule which was frustrating to find out after ordering when it specified their mules. But the blackjack dealers are amazing ?.

We went here to plan a bridal shower & I must say, I was surprised at how easy it was to carry on a conversation even though they were very busy. Our waiter was so nice & helpful & he always made sure our beverages were refilled before they were empty. The food was delicious, we had a yummy pizza & an appetizer too. I'll definitely be back. ????

I was really craving a duanes pizza. Damn had the house special. The sausage was terrible hamburger that was not sausage. I have a terrible taste from a old pepper and onion grind under the cheese. Tyler was a great attentive server.
Noise level is loud, whether it is music or just the establishment being full to capacity.Otherwise great food and service.Weekly dinner specials from 5 to 9 pm Friday and Saturday. Never disappointing meals.

Tried with a friend for the first time on Saturday. Service was fast and friendly. Great atmosphere. We had a big concern when we went to pay our bill. My friend had a tequila shot added to his bill he didn't order and I had 2 different beers on mine that I didn't order either. The bartender took the drinks off but was strange as we sat in the same place at the bar all night and drank the same thing each order so there shouldn't have been any issues.I just hope it was an honest mistake and not the norm here.

Update your websites menu! We called in for a to go order and half of our order no longer exists on your “current” menu. We were told by the host on the phone that the most current menu is only on Facebook. The cheese curds we got had no seasoning and were all stuck together. The fries also had little to no seasoning. The gentleman who gave me our order was polite and very helpful!

Just don't get the"fries".. they weren't fries.. they were soft, white, kind of potato pieces.. left them for the garbage. Fix your fries.. it seems like you cook a bunch of these things and let them sit.. and if we order fries, you throw them on a plate. They were disgusting. Sat..1/27/24
