they added the sweet onion teriyaki without me asking them to, to a sandwich i ordered through the app, didn’t toast it, and it was like… ice cold by the time i got it. :/

possibly the rudest person in the entire world answered the phone. they don't know how to neatly make and cut sandwiches, or warm up the meat before serving it.

I would have given it five stars except that I really really really do not like your new ordering system. It doesn't give you the option to have onions on half and there's nothing like going to the subway and seeing your sandwich built.Instead I had to bang on the drive-thru window to make sure they didn't put any onions on half due to an allergyBut the service was really good in the people were very nice and was a coupon it was very reasonably Christ.And yes I could have come in but my dog was in the car and I know that dogs cannot come into restaurants and it was 98°But the service was great!

Went through the drive thru ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and they didn’t put the bacon on it didn’t realize until i got home but workers were nice when checking me out and handing me my food

Takes a few rings to get someone to answer and drive through is very slow, but otherwise great service. Also do not follow Google map directions! Its on 45th by Wild Bill and Space Aliens not by Affinity Spa. Google needs to fix this.

I ordered a BLT on their drive thru menu which normally comes with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo typically... I don't eat subway often maybe the first time in 4 years ... I go and touched the extra bacon and completed my order. They literally gave me just bacon and bread... Horrible service. Employees are lazy and uncaring. If I could give zero stars I would. I remember why I haven't ate there in 5 years now. Never again
If you tell me that your lobby is closed at 6pm and I am required to use the drive thru where everyone with covid has touched your touch screen for ordering, you have just lost my business. No reason for the lobby to be closed during dinner time rush.

6-16-21 - Lobby closed, Drive thru only till 5pm. Very inconsistent.Went to order, but the app says they close at 3pm. Google says they are open till 9pm. Time is 2pm, but the app won't let me order some it's "Close to closing".

This is location has a really nice dining area. Most Subways that I go to are small and cramped with just a few tables. Service was quick and everything was clean and organized.
