One week ago I went through the drive thru at 6:30pm to get a simple ham sub for my five year old. I sat in the line for 45 minutes before I got to the window. There were only three cars in the drive thru and no customers in the store, but it took close to an hour to receive a plain sandwich. No apology or discount were given. Fast forward one week to today. My daughter and I stopped over the lunch hour to dine inside. I have never ever witnessed a hostile environment like today's. There was a gentleman working the drive thru window and two young ladies making sandwiches. The young ladies yelled at the man the entire time we were there, hurling insults and criticism at him left and right. The restaurant was full of people and it didn't seem to matter one bit. My daughter was frightened and asked what was happening, and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. We will be avoiding this location in the future.

Arrived a little late at 9:54, but still before close (they close at 10) and the guy said he already had everything put away and was not going to take it back out. Seriously?! Change your hours if you are not going to serve customers until close!

The staff working was very nice. The food was very good. A great place to grab a quick bit to eat if your in the area. I definitely recommend and will be going back soon!

worst subway ever. tried going there twice this week, but the drive thru was so slow ended up leaving. If you are lucky enough to actually get an order place, they'll likely mess it up anyway.

Ordered 4 sandwiches online for pickup. I should have ordered there so I could verify what they put on the subs. One sub was missing ALL of the toppings. The sub only had bread, meat and cheese. Was missing the lettuce, tomato, pickles, black olives and jalapenos. This was was my second visit and my last as they screwed up the first time too but thought I'd give them a second chance since my granddaughter likes Subway. Worst subs and service around!!

Went through the drive through about 6 on a Sunday night. Ordered a footlong steak and cheese and a 6 inch veggie. Got 2 6 inch subs and neither had the right ingredients, which made me frustrated because they were yelling and joking around while we were at the drive through window. Called the store and was told that “they were just really out of it today”. I called and talked to the manager and she said she would make it right. Took my number and said she would call me back right away Monday and couldn’t give us our money back or sandwiches again without talking to the store owner. It’s been 4/5 weeks since and I haven’t heard one thing. Figured I’d give em a good chance to make it right before a review. Guess their customers aren’t that important at that location.
