Stopped at subway today on main ave today right off the interstate. The girl who made our sandwiches I believe her name is April did an amazing job. She had been working at the subway on Sheyenne where I normally go. She is always so polite, greets you with a smile and is friendly. She just has a great attitude all around. It’s nice to see someone who is working hard and enjoying what they do. She would be a great addition to any place. Even working alone she smiles greets each person everything looks clean and smells good. Even when she would have customers in line and drive through she had a smile and didn’t stop. I would have been overwhelmed. I hope they are paying this lady good and letting her know she is amazing.

The food was as expected, but the young lady working as shift manager refused to give me the cheese for my wrap after I paid for the EXTRA mozzarella cheese. I should get cheese with the wrap and should get the mozzarella by paying the EXTRA fee. It wouldn't be called EXTRA cheese if it wasn't in addition to the original cheese. She was also very rude and said "I've worked here 6 years thats the rules." Even after I pointed this out she still refused to give me any other cheese besides the mozzarella that I paid EXTRA for. It wouldn't be called EXTRA cheese it would just be paying for cheese if that was the rule.

This is not the best place to eat at. The inside is gross, there were ants under the booth by window when I was eating. The tables are dirty half the time I come in.

The woman who was working at noon by herself on 8/24/23 is AMAZING!!!! You better appreciate your employee because I witnessed her baking bread, stocking as needed, handing out app orders through the window, making sandwiches for 8 people, and ringing them up without complaint. She is an incredibly hard worker who deserves to be seen for what she did today. There were 6 people in line behind me who waited because she needed time to attend to the bread baking. No one complained while I was there because we all saw her. I'd tell my boss to hire her in a hurry if she applied where I work.

Worst subway sandwhich I have ever had. Bread was hard & stale, lettuce was brown & wilted, and the fresh mozzerealla I get with the california club at other subways was grated mozzerella.

Dirty store. Staff not only made my sandwich wrong after requesting them to stop and fix it. Then I asked for roasted garlic sauce. Guy puts ranch on it. I said hey that's not what I asked for. Well we're out. Closes the sandwich then rings me up wrong. 30 dollars for a footlong and a six inch. I asked for no double cheese. I didn't want a deluxe. I didn't want extra meat. I know I'll never get a refund. But you know what they will never get? My business again. Hands down second worst subway experience of my life.

I know this place has had some issues with help and being open regularly, but the last several times I have found the owners working along with the new employees. Today when I went in, it was just the new employees and they seemed genuinely focused on delivering a good product and actually talk to you. Great sandwiches from the recent new hires. Thanks guys!

I went during lunch rush. I was on my way to work. There was one young lady working alone. I gotta give her credit.. she worked very hard alone when busy. Why I am docking a couple stars is because she was chewing gum. Not inconspicuous either. That right there is a health code violation I believe. I was nice and let her know that was not cool. It's a health violation. All I got was Subway doesn't say she can't. Or her managers don't say no. I love Subway. It was actually my very first job. But to me this was not cool.

Rudest old fake faded red haired lady at the drive thru that apparently is only for online orders now. I told her I put an online order in and she said what online order....... okay well its going to be a minute and you can't wait here you have to pull around. Except no other cars were in line. Drove through 10 minutes later and she doesn't say a word but basically throws my sandwich at me and closes the drive thru window. Waste of a tip. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I have tried going to this Subway location 3 separate occasions, and have been very disappointed everytime. The employees don't seem to care in the slightest about making a quality sandwich. I was given 4 cucumber slices on a foot long because they didn't want to bring more out. I asked for a little salt and had it dumped on the sandwich. I was given soggy spinach. Employee wore gloves, but immediately pulled up his pants while wearing the gloves. If you are going to have a tipping option pop up first on card transactions, then you should probably be giving service that deserves a tip. I will always go to the 32nd Ave location from now on because they actually show that they care about what their customers are being served.
