30 minute wait is insane even at lunch rush. I could have been in and out of grand junction in a third of the time and gotten way better food.

I had a problem that I ordered on the app lunch today for pick up in store and the lobby was closed. I went back in tonight and they were willing to remake my order and do what was necessary to make me satisfied. I was able to speak with the GM and he was a very nice man Appreciative of the way they take care of their

They seem to mess up your order 1/2 the time when you don't pay for their students. Also I specifically stated 2X I CAN NOT have dairy sour creme or I'll get poisoned, but they added it on more than one occasion. Also the evening/night drive through tries to go too fast, again messing up orders at the cost of speed. Seriously slow down so it's correct!

The gal working the front counter refused to take my order stating that I have to use the kiosk in the lobby. I always go to the counter and have never had an issue. I walked out and went to another restaurant.

Every single time I'm either missing an item entirely or having no sauce packets and I hope you like cutting your quesadilla yourself because they cant be asked. Please avoid this Taco Bell at all cost.Having air for dinner would be preferable given how little care they seem give at this store.
