They've gone downhill since the original owner died. They have made menu changes and can't seem to agree on how things are supposed to be made, so what you get depends on who is making it.

Very cold in restaurant- and when food arrived the tirt was very cold. You should heat torts - much better flavor. Also the lady working was rude- I asked where was the Mexican music? She snapped at me and said there's never been Mexican music ever in the history- Paul Johnson back in the days made it a great atmosphere. You gotta have atmosphere. I beg to differ- and change your attitude. Not a pleasant place to have lunch.

Our tacos were good but the lady at the counter was chilling. Black lipstick which would have been ok but her personality was very very very dour. All other staff was friendly. Sorry she was having such a bad day. Unfortunately it tainted my experience.

Mexican restaurants like these set the bar for Caucasians (who are the majority population here), these expectations have an impact on other restaurants and their menus to the point that it becomes bland food and cheddar cheese. In other words this kind of place ruins all Mexican food for everyone.

Absolute worst service of my life. When we first walked in the woman at the front didn't even have the audacity to say hello or welcome, which isnt that big of a deal... until. We began to order our meal and they seemed to be out of everything on the menu. The cashier had the worst attitude ever! We had just gotten back from a long drive and had to use the bathroom.The first time I asked to use the bathroom the same cashier snapped at us, saying they were closed. I could tell my mom was very upset at this point so I asked the cashier for a refund. under her breath I heard her say that she had already started making the food, so I again kindly asked for the food to-go instead. Still needing to use the bathroom my mom asked to cancel the meal for the 2nd time, so we could find another restaurant to sit and use their restroom. After this second confrontation the cashier "granted us permission" to use her bathroom. Lastly, our food consisted of two ingredients chicken and cheese. No seasoning. No vegetables. Bland af

The past several times we have went through the drive thru we have not received our whole order and had to go through the drive thru again to get out missing items while our other items got cold.... This had always been a really great Taco shopper in the past so not sure what's going on... Maybe new people? Maybe an issue with management and training?
