The food was delicious and just as I expected. But the customer service and the sanitary habits observed were completely subpar. At approximately 5pm Friday 03.01.24 as I was ordering I watched an employee drop utensils on the ground and then immediately pick them up and return to cutting food with the utensils. Without any attempt to sanitize the utensils. This occurred directly in front of the manager and the other employee that was working. Leaving me to believe that it's a common practice.Instead of smiles they purse their lips.The best thing I can say about the customer service is that they got my name right when they called my order even though as I was sitting down they set it approximately 4 ft away from me.The food is great. It leads me to wonder though if these are the cleanliness standards observed in public view what occurs in the back where no one can see what they're doing to our food?

Lady named Baraka was very unprofessional and spoke to her coworker in a condescending tone. Was very uncomfortable. Otherwise the smoothie was great.

Ordered a sandwhich, sunchips and a smoothie. They screwed up taking the order for the smoothie not asking what flavor (I had forgotten that was a thing) so I got a vanilla flavored smoothie (supposed to be either peanut butter or strawberry). On top of that, got the wrong chips despite it being literally on the ticket, and when I come up and point this out to get the right ones, the person behind the counter somehow things it's appropriate to respond with "I'm not the one who put the chips in honey". No, she was not, but she took the order, assisted in making the meal, and most importantly, I never accused her of doing it. I was simply looking to get what I paid for.Honestly, I can't recommend the location based on the service that has on multiple occasions made it clear they believe customers will still come despite how they treat them.

I've been coming here for a while and it seems like every time there's something wrong. Food missing ingredients, no service at the counter while people wait, no change, not stocked on ingredients. When you get smoothies they mostly get it right, but good luck getting anything else.

Walk in, not really busy, a couple orders to fill. No problem. I can wait. But not a single of the three employees said a word to me for a solid 10 minutes."We'll be right with you" is a totally fundamental customer service statement if you have things to do. How is this totally lost on people?So I stood there, invisible to the employees. Eventually sat down hoping I could catch them after they filled the existing orders. Got back up when a new customer walked in and stood at the counter a bit more, finally the guy came up to the register and just stared at me. No "how can we help you" or basic intro of like, okay, im ready to take your order.The entire time the guy was taking my order it was like a complete inconvenience. There was nothing special about my order. They were out of kale and so I had never gotten any other side so I didn't really know what to get. With an attitude like it was a total inconvenience to tell me what the sides were he pointed to the sign in front of me.The whole experience felt like they don't want my business and it was an inconvenience that I was buying food here. Totally lame. I don't have very high expectations but a simple hello when I walk in and to let me know that they will get to me soon is like the most fundamental things that people should learn first.If you don't communicate with your customers they will leave and not come back.

Food was bomb but please tell the employees to not sing at the top of their lungs like it’s karaoke hour I love that everyone’s having fun and vibing but shhh. Let’s take it down just a notch, even if it’s a banger. :)

Spendy.. But so good! Felt healthy and delicious. Wish we had one near by where we lived! Will be sure to visit again when in Fargo. Added on a few things to a base smoothie, they make it right there and have lots of healthy options. Love this!

Bad customer service. When I went in, it was very busy, so I had no problem being patient and waiting for my smoothie. I had waited about 10 mins and noticed a father/daughter pair receive their drinks even though I ordered before them, so I asked the cashier how much longer mine would take. She said mine was being prepared next, but I saw the server making someone elses drink. It was probably another 5 mins until I received my drink. I believe my ticket was placed behind everyone else's for some reason. My boyfriend who went into the business across the street, ordered a meal, waited for it, and ate it all in the same time it took me to wait for one drink.The server Brittyn, is most likely to blame. She was also very rude with other customers. I saw a girl thank her for her drink, loud enough for her to hear, but she clearly ignored her and walked off.The $10 smoothie was not worth the experience.

If I could give a 0 star I would unfortunately I wasn't even able to order anything at this place because I stood there for about 10 minutes and the people working where dancing around and laughing and joking and apparently didn't have time to take care of customers so although it's convenient and close to my work I will not be going there again.

Nice cafe/lunch spot with cheap, healthy food options. The service is very nice and fast. The place was kept semi-clean. Recommend for a quick, balanced lunch.

Horrible horrible customer service. Called to order for pickup, not only do that not do that, the employee had to ask a coworker to confirm this could not be done. When we got there to order, tried to order water after a long day. Not only do they not sell water, they can't fill a water bottle (even if you pay for it), all you can do is pay 25 cents for a plastic cup. I was shocked by this. The food was NOT worth the experience.

When me and a friend went there one weekend, we walked in at 10:57 and the doors were open and they made us wait outside in the blizzard for three more minutes. Understandable, but just odd. Then later proceeded to be very rude to us as ordering and messed up my food, the lady who helped us was Isabella and she was not nice to us.
