I'm quite tired of this Wendy's always forgetting items of my order. Yet again today, I had to double check and go right back into the restaurant to get an item that wasn't in the bag. This has happened the last three times I've gone to this location. I'm sorry to say, but that's three strikes now and I'm out. I won't be going to that Wendy's anymore and the only reason for the second star was that at least I occasionally encounter friendly staff, especially when I have to get my I have to get my missing item....

Atrocious. Food was horrible. Tasted like everything was old and had been microwaved. Customer service was awful and workers weren't friendly. The soda machine was sticky and half the tables were dirty.

The food was alright, but it took forever to get to me! Went through the drive through around 9am with two cars ahead of me. We were asked to pull to the side and park. We ALL waited 15-20 minutes in the parking spot before someone came out. Poor service.

Went to the drive-through several times in the last year, never had a real issue with them. If there ever was a mixup in the order, they always need it right!I took a look at all these 1 star reviews they are getting, and they are mostly from some pretty, pretty petty and impatient people!

Spicy chicken had to have been sitting in a hotwell for at least an hour as the bun was so soggy it was falling apart. The cashier was rude and the manager didn't take control of a situation where she was yelling at another customer in front of us. Overall terrible experience and worst spicy chicken sandwich in the FM area

Don't go here. I got in line for the drive thru and spent some time there. I ignored it, sometimes places get busy. I sat at the window for a solid 10 minutes before they asked me to move into a parking spot. I sat there for another 15 minutes before given my food. I asked where my frosty was and was told the machine wasn't working. I had already paid for it. I said this, and the worker walked away from me. So I paid for a frosty I didn't get.

I used to love Wendy's, it used to be my favorite place to go for fast food. Unfortunately, we dont seem to have a good Wendy's in the FM area anymore. This location the past 6 times that I have been there has always made my order wrong. Things missing off of the sandwiches that should be on there per their own descriptions of what's on the sandwiches(even after I asked if they have said items.) Then there's many times that the complete wrong sandwiches are being given to me in the first place. The salads have gotten ridiculously overpriced for the fact that you only get half of the container worth of product(that's lettuce with the toppings only filling half of the container) So you're essentially getting a side salad if you are lucky for 10+ bucks. Which makes it very frustrating when you take it to go and don't find out until you are all the way to your destination and open it up to eat it. There's always slow lines, even if there is only a couple cars and you're lucky if someone actually helps you at the drive thru in the first place. It is very disappointing to see one of my favorite restaurants go so far down hill these days. Unfortunately, I seem to have the same issues at the other location along 45th as well, so I'm guessing it is a company wide problem at this point.

I went there and sat through drive-thru for about 15 minutes My girlfriend's was packaged up in her own single bag cold after I finally got mine and my girlfriend had tried her fries I asked them for a fresh fry as hers was ice cold person in the drive-thru decided that she was going to yell at me in front of the manager All I was asking for was fresh fries as I sat there so long low quality and attitude sucks

I love Wendy's. That being said this is by far one of the worst fast food places I've ever been to. Keep in mind I rarely leave any reviews and I always try to give benefit of the doubt. To get started they have messed up/missed items on my order numerous times, wait times are ATROCIOUS to the point where every time I've been there I've seen people pull out of line and leave after they have ordered food. But the icing on the cake is that you have a 50/50 shot of them being out of bacon or not doing shakes. THESE ARE TWO THINGS WENDYS IS KNOWN FOR, FOR CRYING OUT LOUD. Whoever manages this location needs to step it up and fix these issues. I will most likely never be going back to this location as I don't have time to wait 20 minutes only to have items missing/wrong or go out of my way only to find out half the menu will have things missing from it.
