15 minutes sitting at the drive-thru menu with zero interaction or a word and no one else even in the drive-thru is absolutely wild to me. Every time I get food here it takes a little longer and a little longer. I totally understand being understaffed. But like say anything to your customers when they arrive. Anything at all to tell us you're still alive and you're still open. Holy moly.

I went inside to order and waited 20 minutes to get my food. The workers spent more time talking instead of working. The frosties were inflated with air. It was an expensive meal for the poor service and low quality of food I received.

Made an online order at 9:30 and was there within 5 minutes. As soon as I pulled up, management turned off all the lights and stood there on their phones ignoring the window. Shut your app down for pick up if you aren’t going to answer. The app states open until 11 PM at this location.
