Ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches with cheese and no lettuce at the drive thru. Receipt has it correct. Didn't look at the food until over an hour later when we arrived home. There's lettuce on the sandwiches and no cheese, yet I got charged $2 for cheese. I'm livid. I didn't expect the food to be hot after the drive home, but I did expect it to made correctly.

Great food usually. They start closing the lobby and bathrooms way before their actual closing time so it's extremely inconvenient to bring kids hereKid-friendliness: The playground is okay. They close the bathrooms early at night so it's inconvenient to bring kids there for dinner

Orders are always wrong and the food is cold and stale Even tho delivery only took fifteen minutes. $30 and NOTHING was even edible. Disgusting. Do yourself a favor and avoid this terrible place and the sludge they pedal.

2 times in a row now I was missing food! Last night I didn't get my son's entire meal or his shake and I was missing half the cheesy tots we ordered. The solution was 1400 points on the app. Needless to say, I deleted the app and won't be returning to this burgerking again because they clearly have a problem making sure they are getting all the food out that people pay alot of money for.

Awful garbage. I ordered a few burgers to eat over a couple of days, every single one was plain, had holes where they mashed their fingers in, and the cookies were just crumbled. If you Haye your job so much quit. Or the manager needs to man up and fire useless employess

We all know BK is a stop you make when you have a particular criteria in mind.Quick, cheap(ish), kids love it and it's consistent.Food came quicker than we could choose what flavor of drink we were after and it was exactly what we wanted.Staff was pleasant and the remodel looked nice.Would recommend.

I worked here from April of 2022 to August of this year(2023). I pretty much ended up getting forced out of my employment as a shift lead at this location, while other employees show up almost an hour late, or clock I and immediately go out the back door to smoke a cigarette? I couldn't stand any longer due to having 5 foot surgeries and having new work shoes on. I had told my assistant manager, and general manager both over the headset, I also had messaged a coworker to cover the rest of my shift(3 out of 8 hrs), and during a rush was the only person in the kitchen making food while 3 other employees stood around in the front. I just wanna say that I'm very angry that I lose my employment while being in my opinion a great employee. All well other people can no call no show or do drugs INSIDE the store!?! Yall need new management!!! Do better!!!

Extremely rude an unprofessional employees they messed up on my order I don't find out till I get home so I call up there and ask if that's how it comes and maybe it was my fault that I ordered the wrong thing but I did not during my phone call the employee says that she remembers my order and goes on to tell me that she asked me if I wanted ham and she says that I said no which did not happen when I ordered I said I want the two for five ham egg and cheese croissants that's all that was said she continued to argue with me and hung up the phone I was not upset until the rude call and the hang up
