Not a family friendly place. Was ignored for the first several minutes before our order was taken by a man with pink hair, long nails, wearing a skirt and makeup... Very disturbing.Food came quick but was definitely not fresh

This location is out of a few things and the sign doesn't work but the service is amazing and the gentleman who helped us, evan, really deserves kudos. He actually looked like he enjoys his job and takes care with his customers. We ate there around 4 on a Monday and it was refreshing.

The most disappoint Burger King experience I've ever had. Sold out on whopper patties, fries, and brown soda. Ordered two meals for us and a burger for my daughter. Got home and there was no burger in the bag. I should have just waiting in the McDonalds drive-through.

Ordered food. Person at drive up just not listening heard what they wanted to. Got to window told him it was wrong Blamed me and no help Or offer to figure it out Bad deal for them as make most runs for local health care department on weekends and will never visit this store again

This place is terrible, the manager during the day on 01/13 gave out the wrong door dash order to the wrong person and than when i went to pick it up, he said he already gave it out. When the customer and i both had me picking it up, he said that him giving out the wrong order is not his problem and that he is losing money if he has to remake the food to make up for his mistake. He sat behind the counter with a smirk on his face and talked to other customers in a really demeaning tone. I mean come onnnnn. Its burger king! it would have costed the store no more than a dollar to make up for THEIR mistake but rather tell the customer that it's not their problem? if i could give this place zero stars, i would. I don't know how the store owners are okay with their shift leader not being competent enough to give out the right order, much less make up for his team's mistake.

I wanted to dine in at this location but, when I got to the store, the door was locked. I called to double check if they were open. The gentleman working said that he was the only one at the store so it was drive through only. I couldn't go through drive through as I was in town with a school bus for a school trip. I was the only one in the vehicle so I asked if I could just put in an order through the app and meet him at the door. He said that would work, especially for a single-person order. After I put the order in, I called to double check that he knew which one it was and told him I would wait for my food. When it was done, he brought it out.Even being the only person on staff, he was professional and kind and respectful. He made this experience amazing. I'd recommend the store and visit again but I don't live in the area.To the lone worker, you did well. Thank you! You've done yourself (and Burger King) proud.

Was in really bad weather, stranded and there they were with some good food and the kicker I used points I had accumulated to pay for my meal, sweet??? Love this place!Parking: Always plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible, no problem!

Went in with my grandkids, we had great service. Employees are very polite and the store is very clean. I always like to go to Gateway BK for that same reason and the play ground is a plus. Great service always.

The food was just warm. My Wrapper didn't taste like a Wrapper. It had no pickles or onions. I had no sauce. Families food seemed alright it was just mine. Not happy and probably won't be back.

Guy taking order was very rude, messed up on our order, went back in and he was mad that we complained our order was wrong. I would not recommend not eating here.

Can't even look at the menu, the lady that is working keeps asking is that it, when trying to order.. so unprofessional!!! Definitely will not be going back to this burger king!!!!

I wanted a quick and familiar breakfast on this snowy Saturday in November... Burger King! The employee on duty was hospitable and quick. Thank you! I enjoyed my two breakfast croissants in a clean and warm restaurant. I enjoyed seeing the Burger King crowns on all the tables. Nice touch. Thank you!

So peaceful and relaxing and the guest just seems so Happy like the Team members. I always enjoy my visit to this BK ? Stop by tell the I mentioned how pleasant it is there, then relax and enjoy your Whopper, chicken or Fish (delicious) sandwiches. freshly cooked fries and a bubbly Coke Cola (my water supply).
