This is by far the worst fast food experience in the Bis/Man area. Been there a few times over the past few months and the service is slow, the employees are horrible and the food always seems like it's been sitting around all day.

the manager was making people's food without any gloves on touching the cash register and other items with no gloves on I do have a video. after watching him make several people's food I spoke to one of the workers answer to her isn't that little bit unsanitary? and then she went over to him and said something and then he put on gloves. I have a whole 5-minute videotape of this incident. it was so gross I paid for the food and threw it in the garbage can after walking out of the restaurant I will never go back to that restaurant ever again from Burger King in Mandan North Dakota

Only order inside, a few in drive-through, and received cold onion rings. Tables needed to be wiped down. Women's bathroom toilet sprays and drips when you flush (there's a puddle in front of the toilet).Not that good of a BK. Hoping food will stay down.

If I could give it a zero I would. The amount of attitude from the workers was completely unprofessional. We went through the drive thru and needed more time to decide on our order, when I started to order the lady said "oh are you ready now" and proceeded to be very snotty and rude. When we were getting our food the guy was throwing our things in the bags and had the most awful attitude. Not to mention there was hair on my child's burger and they forgot to give us one of our drinks so I told them and they still gave us the wrong drink. We will definitely not be returning.

Normally have a fine experience, but lately has been purely awful, morning crew is nice but night crew has been awful. Missing food. Undercooked or burnt. And quite rude, gave our food to some random person and told us we need a verification for proof we’re who we say we are. Won’t be going back for a long while as tonight they had a “meeting” and weren’t serving. It’s 8pm and multiple cars and people are being denied with no real explanation as they just stand by the windows. No signs saying their closed for the night or they aren’t serving. Honestly the whole night crew needs to either be re trained PROPERLY or let go if they can’t learn this job.

Went here today, 06/17/22. Inside of restaurant was closed, but had 6 little kids running around and jumping on and off of the tables!! Went thru the drive thru, waited 10 minutes to place my order. Pulled up to the first window to pay, the guy tried to short me 4.00 after counting it out on his fingers. Pulled up to the Seco d window, they hand out my tea with no ice in the cup and it is hot. Asked the lady to put some ice in it and she said they were out of ice. So I asked for a refund, she said they had no manager there and they wouldn't do it anyway. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE NEW MANAGEMENT AT THIS BURGER KING!!!

Worst experience ever. I just left and the male employee threw my food at me through the drive threw Window. Not to mention the look of death that he gave me that made me feel uncomfortable and scared. I said thank you to him and he slammed the Windows shut. I will tomorrow be going to speak to a manager. I will never go to this burgerking again.

Absolute worst Burger King ever. Today they happen to be out of Coca-Cola, chocolate milk, Dr Pepper and barbecue sauce. They then forgot to hand me my card back which I did not realize until I got home. After driving back to Burger King and home again. I opened my food to realize they gave me a disgusting impossible whopper instead of my Texas whopper that I ordered.

I've gone here 5 different mornings for breakfast and 4 out of 5 times they dont have the iced coffee made yet at 830-9am. Breakfast ends at 10-1030, why are you waiting until breakfast is almost done to make the coffee? Maybe dont open for breakfast if you dont have the staff capable of making coffee before 10am.
Used to be my favorite. Been there 2 to 3 times last 6 months. Horrible service everytime. I understand it's hard to find help right now. But when the help is sooo rude and makes your feel very unwelcome every time. No matter what time of the day. Just close the doors. I wouldn't be surprised if your constantly losing sales. If your in mandan go somewhere else. There's a few other quick spots to eat where you'll get good service.

Had to wait 20 mins for our food and before ordering an additional 10 mins. So 30 mins all together. Plus they forgot our condiments and I made sure to ask if they had put it my ranch in the bag they said yes and then when I looked in my bag there was no sauce what so ever & they almost forgot our straws until we reminded them. all together I would say the service wasn’t that great & I won’t be coming back in the future unless they get better workers.

Workers act like they don't want to be there. Employees don't care about there jobs. Food ok for fast food. I can understand if it was busy but only two cars in drive-thru. No one inside. Will never go back.
