I was on campus and craving Chick-fil-A, and knowing that there is a Chick-fil-A in the UND Memorial Union, it was a very easy decision to head that direction. I made my own order on a small “Grubhub” flatscreen. It was easy to use, and it was my first time ordering this way. When I was done making my order, I used my credit card to solidify the transaction. I only waited 2-3 minutes for my order. I expected it would take longer, so I was surprised when they called my name. My meal came up fast and hot. Perfect! Sooooooo glad there is a Chick-fil-A on the UND campus!

I waited in the drive-through for 40 minutes just so for them to tell me the items I ordered they cannot give me because they are out. I also had to beg the manger working at the time to give me a refund, even though they did not provide me with what I paid for.

If this Chick-fil-A offered breakfast it would be making a lot of money. Nobody else can offer breakfast on the east side of campus besides Starbucks at this time. It has adequate parking and being in the union as its huge strengths. That’s also the only issue I have with it.

I know you don't know who has and ED and who does not, but for that exact reason, you should not read off what people have gotten in their order. If something was missed, they will go back to tell you. I will not be returning so I can avoid this issue happening to me again because I am now crying while forcing myself to eat. I understand the man was trying to be helpful, but please do not do that anymore. I loved your personality, but perhaps instead say, “If we missed anything, please let us know.” :)
