Our mom left her phone in the bathroom while we were there. We called and they looked until they found it and asked for a description of the phone before giving it back. Much appreciated!!

Erbs is one of my top two sandwich shops. Good selection of subs, soups, and other sides.

WOW!! I'm still looking at my bank account with amazement, i remember few months back i had nothing i couldn't boast of 100 $ in my bank account cause I've lost my life-savings and pension to scammers, i had lost all hope in life.. until Mrs Sophia James fx came along, the woman who changed my life totally. i had concluded that all account managers in groups were scammers but she proved me wrong, every time i apologize to her for doubting her from the start. Everyone needs to meet her. She is the one, i urge you reading this not to conclude that every account manager are the same i propose you try Mrs Sophia James fx and see for yourself before concluding. Reach her on email : [email protected] whats-app: +16266551232

The last 2 times we've tried eating here they were out of just about everything. When we did order subs they were made incorrectly. To top it off, we tried dining in today with our son and the doors were locked with no sign up on the door. Used to love eating here, but it's not worth it anymore.

Horrible experience!! Placed an online order and waited an hour. Paid all these fees. Called and they said “the printer didn’t print the order so it wasn’t made, and we don’t have a delivery driver.” What is that? They don’t check their online orders periodically? Why offer delivery and have no driver to carry out the service. This is not the first time they have messed up an order. They are unprofessional and rude. The place is around the corner and I will never go there again.

Food was good and order was right. I have a word of advice for delivery: When you REQUIRE 20% for gratuity, that's not gratuity. Call it what it really is. It's a delivery fee. Why am I required to "tip" 20% before I even get the order? Trust me. I don't mind tipping. I'm part of the industry and I usually tip more than most because of that. I just don't feel you can call it a tip when I'm required to pay it. Gratuity is a gesture for services rendered at the discretion of the person, not the business. I understand some large parties might require it but that's different from this.

Ordered four subs from the drive through. Each sub had so much mayo and sauce it was running out all sides. What a mess it was. I guess the joke was on me

Neuron was delicious! The Bornk decent. Narmer was okay. That chicken enchilada soup was great!

I’ve been receiving soggy sandwiches lately so I asked to speak with Erbert. The employees danced around my request until finally they went in the back and retrieved Gerbert, he told me to leave my number and Erbert would get back to me in time. I suspect he is involved.

Horrible customer service. The managers there are a joke. They messed up on my order, so I go back to have them fix it, which was a fight for the finish. I was immediately told that I was wrong, even though my receipt proved otherwise. Even after they so called fixed it, I get home and my order is still made wrong, so still never got the right order, they refused to give my money back. The manager was very rude, disrespectful, and verbally threatened to physically harm me by wanting to punch me in the face, which she said loudly to where the other team members heard her, as well as my passenger, then went and hid, it took an employee who has only worked there for a short time to even offer any kind of help that the manager should have done, but refused to do, instead they slammed the window and locked it. An hour ago, I was told that the Gm would be calling me immediately, still waiting. Going above her head, this will be resolved.

Door was locked when I walked up to the door at 5:15 PM on Saturday even though the lobby hours said they should be open. They gave me the wrong sandwich; ordered a Beacon and they gave me a Neuron. They also forgot to give me my drink. At least they got the soup right that’s why they get one star. This place needs new employees.

$10 sub and $100 towing fee, watch out for the curb! My tow guy had moved three other cars from this spot. Disappointed in management. Mainly their lack of concern for the situation I was in. In the end I felt like they do not take care of their customers, do not take accountability, and exaggerated the truth of their limited ability preventing them to put up a sign. Normal tasting sub.
