Breakfast is always great. Our poor waitress was handling the entire restaurant alone. It was busy and she did her very best for every patron but it was an uphill battle. Still we will continue to go there but sure hope they get more wait staff.

Undercooked food at a surprising price. My wife and I got the chicken strip basket and a club sandwich and the total came out to almost $38! That's before the tip, which puts you closer to $50!The chicken strip basket consists of 3 small chicken strips (each like 2 Mcnuggets combined), a small handful of crinkle cut fries, toast, and coleslaw. The fries were crazy undercooked, not a hint of any browning and not anywhere close to crisp. I could say the same about the chicken strips. It seems they have a problem with under-cooking things in the fryer?My wife enjoyed the club, although her fries were also far from crispy and brown.The one positive I'll say is that our server was friendly and prompt, so it doesn't seem like they've got issues there.I was quite underwhelmed by the food and pretty surprised by the price for what we got. I think one visit was enough for me.

If I could give a 0 on this place I would. 1 star isn't even deserved. Owner claims they have the best wait staff in town. I beg to differ. Took forever to come and place our order. Waitress never offered refills or even came back to our table between taking our order to check on us and the 45 minutes we waited for the food. Food arrives... bacon uncooked, country fried steak uncooked, eggs came out over easy and were ordered over medium, biscuits and gravy were cold. Worst experience I have ever had at any establishment. Better places in this town to go to.

Waited 15 minutes and was only seen once. She said she would get us menus and then forgot and never came back. 0/10 would never go back!
Couldn't even place a pickup order at 10am on a weekend. They told me to "hang on" and waited five minutes for me to hang up and then would hang up on me every time I called. Could not even order here which is a shame!Next thing the owner will be on here all "I have the best waitstaff in town" okay well then why can't they take my order..?Edit: I appreciate the reply and have adjusted my review from 1 ? based on the food I did order that day. Based on future orders I will adjust likewise(there will be at least one more), the staff was indeed very curtious when I was in-store and I really appreciated their awareness of the situation, the concern to call me back-eventually, the kindness and care, so I was generous myself and look forward to what the owner is saying. That 5 star experience. Which we are losing in Grand Forks.

Classic diner food that's comforting. I enjoy the meatloaf but I do mix it up. Portions are hearty and you won't leave hungry. Only disappointment would be a bowl of lettuce with a couple of croutons doesn't make a salad. Server was friendly but service was a little slow. If you crave diner food, then this is the place to visit.
