Every time I call here or show up they tell me how insanely busy they are and that service will take over an hour. This has happened when there is 10 people in the place. Either service is horrible or management is worse.

Horrible experience on April 29, 2017. The restaurant was about 10% full. Ordered what was supposed to be the best pizza on the menu with the best crust option as recommended by the waitress. Waited 30 minutes for the pizza and it came burnt, and missing two of the four types of toppings. They ordered to make is a new one and have it taken off or bill. The new one came out even worse, but with the all the toppings at least. One of the plates came dirty with a dirty fork. In total we were there for and hour and twenty minutes, did not receive any refills on our drinks, saw our server when we ordered, when we got the food and when we sent back the food. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place unless your going to sit at the bar and drink, because that's where the servers hung out. I've posted some photos of the pizza and dirty cutlery and plate.

KIRBY KREFTING

We decided to attend the Green Mill for the Mother's Day buffet. When you got there we were turned away because we didn't have reservations (we had no idea we needed to call ahead). We were told to come back in "3 hours". There were plenty of open tables and nobody in line with us. I then, went to my vehicle and called for a reservation for 4 to which he replied, "5 minutes for the table". I lost it! They turned around paying customers when it only took a simple phone call. I should taken my phone out and call right in front the 2 working after being turned away.. There is a reason why it's never busy..and the one time it is, they send people away.

always have a pretty decent experience here. good food. reasonable prices. weekends are busier but weekday staff can be pretty lax. I did have the worst beer pour and ceaser here, but it was the same bartender/same evening and I don't see her there anymore.
