I wanted to like this place, I really did. Our servers were awesome, as was the other staff - but our food just kept coming out messed up. Finally my boyfriend just said forget it as he wanted to eat, 30 minute after everyone else had started.

Went great at first, got our table, drinks, and appetizer right away. Then we waited about 30 to 40 minutes for our food. I don't wait that long for food. Wasn't even that busy. We left and got a pizza.

Whitney was very kind. My dad was acting silly (a fool) and she played along fantasticly. Our neighboring table chimed in too and it was such a good time. Those 14 oz steaks were tasty as heck too. 10/10

Great food and service. Good variety on the menu - kids and adults have plenty of good options. Nice layout and atmosphere. Our server was helpful and the manager or supervisor even stopped by to see that everything was to satisfaction. Will definitely go back next time we’re in Grand Forks.
We eat out more than I would like to admit, and this was by far the absolutely worst dining experience our family has EVER had. It took over an hour after we ordered to receive our food. Three of us received the wrong sides to our order (and were up charged for the salads they decided to give us). The bourbon chicken, without any indication on the menu, was exceptionally spicy. We would order drink refills, and they would never come.The tables are placed so close together. While we appreciate meeting new people (especially on holiday, visiting Grand Forks), the fact that we could hear every word of the conversation from the group of ladies beside us was a little much.To finish our evening, when we walked out to the parking lot, we discovered that the only ice that had not been cleared away or sanded was in the handicap parking. We discovered this when my 70 year old dad slipped and fell to the ground. A customer leaving was kind enough to ask us if he was okay. He was pretty sore for the next few days. We're Canadian and don't jump to suing over everything, but the owners may want to be more careful on how to care for their parking lots in the future (especially their handicap parking!).Do yourself a huge favour. Visit the Texas Roadhouse down the street. We ate there the following night, and we were just so grateful for the amazing service and incredible food!
