Dude, your kid who works drive thru has some serious anger issues. He was loudly proclaiming "f*ck" and "f*ck this" and "f*ck you" at every order that came through the drive thru. I was sitting in the restaurant so I heard it over and over at every single customer. And then as I left, he threw something. His coworkers were trying to calm him down, but yall need to get him off the drive thru line or something. That was insane. Food was good though.

got both me and my boyfriends order completely wrong , forgot our kickn ranch and then the young boy in the drive thru , threw our bag of chips at us after he got the kind wrong and it fell out onto the ground of the drive thru. Wasn't very pleased with the experience at all will not be coming back .

This location has been very slow on deliveries lately. Used to be great for time but the food is good. The last two times we did not get our food for over an hour. The one time they said they ran out of bread and now this second time he said it was out for delivery when I called at 7:10 but the app updated to show out for delivery at 7:29. We ordered at 6:41 and didn't receive our food until 7:45. Better to just drive up or pick a different location.

I made an online order. I picked a turkey sandwich and somehow the internet clicked no turkey. Im not sure why someone would pick no turkey on a turkey sandwich. When I called about it, whoever I spoke to told me she has no idea why someone would order that, but is not going to stop what she was doing to call and confirm it something. It was SO rude and I literally paid $20 for bread with 2 cucumbers, pickles and some peppers w a drink and chips. Really pathetic!!!

My single sandwich took over an hour to arrive ( I live less than a mile from the store) and the sandwich has 2 pieces of turkey in it. Not near worth $15 + a tip.

This is the 1st time I have ever given a bad review for this restaurant. I have always loved Jimmy John's in the past. Though today when I received my sandwich The young man who delivered my sandwich was very nice and very polite i was just very surprised to find out when I opened the package the bread was rock hard and could not hardly even be chewed. This has never happened to me before and I'm extremely disappointed.

Bro worst food experience at this location I’ve had. The dude that helped me was super nice but the sandwich was horrible. They used stale bread that was smashed and old onions, it was nasty. The last time I went the girls weren’t wearing gloves while handling bread and cashing people out. Gross af. I had to give one star but truly 0/5 man :(

Today’s order was a Half Bootlegger Club w/ Cheese. Oddly, for a “club sandwich”, I thought “clubs” already came with cheese and tomatoes. Right? I was asked if I wanted cheese on my sub... “Yes, please.” I have never been asked this question in a JJ’s before. Well, I had to pay extra for cheese (I was not told that cheese was an extra buck), and I only had one slice of tomato on this half order. The total rang in at $10.03. I like fresh. I like fast. I enjoy “freaky.” For the price and the reputation, I was expecting just a bit more. My sandwich was good for sure, but, it could have easily been just a bit better.
