The pho is good although a little pricey, and sometimes they are out of veggies or give you very little veggies.

A relatively bland and open area, but the service was friendly and talked with me, helped me pick out a meal and appetizer, and was very helpful. The food was top notch and delicious. The portions are just right and not oversized like many places tend to do.I'm a BIG guy and I felt satisfied when I was done. It's sad that, at the time of this writing, the place is so slow.I'll be coming back and telling people of how good it is here.

Pho was great, just really really wish the lighting wasnt so harsh and there was some echo mitigation. Some tapestries or audio foam would do wonders in making it so someone watching a video on their phone 30 feet away didnt become a group experience, you can literally hear every pot and utensil picked up and set down across the room. Also, please take notes from the mcdonalds across the street for warm lighting. Felt like I was sitting under highbeams. Food was good though.

if I could give it less than one star, I would. First off, we got room temperature water second we ordered spring rolls, and all we got was rice and lettuce wrapped in a spring roll. That is all that was on the spring rolls. That is not a true spring roll. Third we get our food and it has no flavor. All it has is shredded lettuce from a bag and noodles topped on it. service was terrible. would not recommend. Will never go back ever. we could not even eat the food. It was so awful. thank goodness McDonald's is across the street.

Two of came in for dinner on a Monday night dinner. There were no other customers, which is usually not a great sign, but the Yelp reviews were good enough for us to try.We ordered two egg rolls to start and a Spicy Beef Pho Bowl and a Pho Special Bowl. The egg rolls were good but nothing special. Both of the Pho bowls were excellent. We enjoyed them very much.I would come back here again but don't expect fine dining service.

Food was delicious, waitress was on point. Both myself and my daughter absolutely loved the pork steamed buns and the pho was great.

Came here once. Never again. Waitress was nice but owner unfriendly. Just staring and no hello and welcome and no goodness or enjoying greeting customers even tho I was right in her face. I ordered shrimp vermicelli noodles and all it had was days old and overcooked hard shrimp and cucumber slices, lettuce, and carrot slices and so little of it that o asked for a side of bean sprouts and basil leaves like my friend got with her beef pho. The owner charged me $2 for this by the way even tho my dish of $14.99 came with barely any veges. The picture shows the noodle dish with me after adding my request of sprouts and basil leaves. Otherwise it would be pretty bare bones. They gave me the sweet and sour sauce it comes with but too little so my noodles had no taste and I had to ask for more sauce. Then my girlfriends dish was the beef brisket pho and the picture is accurate to what it came like from the start…mostly broth and noodles and barely any meat. She didn’t care for her basil and sprouts much so I added hers to my barebones shrimp noodle dish which is why mine looks a bit more colorful. She ordered 2 shrimp spring rolls and there was barely any shrimp and barely big enough to fill up on (2 for $6.99) and it came with a thick peanut sauce only even tho rolls taste good with both this and the sweet and sour sauce but she only got peanut sauce. So after chewing the hard shrimp that came to my dish cold, little sauce that I had to ask for more sauce, being charged $2 for some sprouts and basil to add to my measly noodle dish of old shrimpWith cucumbers and lettuce and carrots, then tipping the waitress 15% to be nice, my meal or $18 was simply not worth it. To add to that the lack of warmth of the owner was off putting. I will find another Vietnamese place in Grand forks when I am desperate. Took me 6 months to try my first Vietnamese place and this is what I got so I am not expecting much from the other ones honestly. Better to just cook at home and buy frozen shrimp from Walmart and make the noodles and sauce myself and add veges. Note…as I mentioned, I had to ask for the basil and bean sprouts which they charged me $2 extra for which I have never been charged in my entire life of eating out for a quarter of a century in Europe and half the 50 United States at a Vietnamese place.Vegetarian options: Not much here in this realm unless you are ok w seafoodKid-friendliness: It’s big enough for kids to be loud and sit in high chairsParking: Easy parking in the mall lotWheelchair accessibility: Big enough to accommodate wheelchairs and walkers

It's not worth the price they are asking. There are no jalapeños or cilantro.
