Being that I was a former employee I know the ins and outs of this restaurant pretty well I worked at many locations throughout the US, I've worked for franchise and corporate stores this Papa John's has to be by far the worst one I've ever worked at in my life it's the original one I started with the laziness and the customer service has gone something bad that would suggest you go to Domino's or somewhere else they're telling customers to order online because we're not taking orders here at the store anymore which is a lie also if you order and pay for cash and your delivery you like to void your order out after they deliver to you so they can take the cash if they feel like the tip was an adequate enough, also that's the other thing if they don't feel like you tipped enough they will void your order or send you the doordash or make it so you can't order anymore at Papa John's just because your order didn't tip more than $3 I'm sorry but tips I'm sorry but tips are I'm sorry but tips are appreciated but not expected, but they have a list of blacklist that they do not let you deliver to you anymore if you don't tip them enough yeah that's right they do block you but not enough people have complain to corporate they will not answer the phone as a matter of fact they like you to go to their number that picks up automatically instead when you call Papa John's make sure you press number five on the phone is that what you'll get right to the store they hate doing phone calls they hate doing all that let's do it if you're going to order from him blow them up like that they don't like taking orders out all over the phone that's just too bad do their job they need to all be fired I believe that is the most dirtiest restaurant I've ever been in the constantly out of stuff because they're all high as hell and they can't keep their eyes open long enough to order the freaking food did they get in for truck they steal from the register they steal from the store and they steal from you the customer they say it's just stupid the people order anytime they hate people that order all the time during holidays it's like that's our job so do me a favor stop going to Papa John's until they get new staff they need to fire everybody and start all over again good luck enjoy Domino's Pizza Hut whatever not Papa John's

I would give 0 stars if that was possible. We ordered delivery at around 545 pm, an hour later we still hadn’t gotten the text that our food had left the store. We attempted to call the store FIVE times. Each time the phone was answered for 1-2 seconds and then they hung up. At 7pm we got the text that our food was FINALLY on the way. We live less than a mile from the location we ordered from so when 30 minutes had passed we were confused as to why our order still hadn’t arrived. Two hours later and countless phone calls later, we finally got someone to answer the phone. Their response was that they must have dropped it off at the wrong house and that “sometimes their delivery drivers do that”. They kept offering a refund and were not understanding that we weren’t looking for a refund we want the food we paid for. They told us the soonest they could get it to us was 45 more minutes. Not sure if it will really get delivered this time, but we could not be more upset. If I were you I would order from anywhere except here.

Called at 12:00am was told they were closed when they say they're open till 1. Girl asked if it was carryout or delivery for me tonight and then after i said carry out she told me they were closed when it says online they're open till 1. Sick of every fast food place in this trash town closing an hour early cause people dont know how to work hard. You're job is already easy and you already chose to settle in life so why settle further and be lazy in your trash job.

This place is entirly disrespectful with staff telling customers to kill themselfs and that thwir dricwrs rule like sone kind of teenage cult. I absoultly am flabbergassed by the way these people acted. I will be seeking that the crew from 7/29/23 around 7 pm be either fired or retrained because that is so obsurd to even think about. Do not reccomend at all

Exhausted of ordering food and tipping just to be short changed. Judge me for getting pineapple on my pizza, but I wanted a Hawaiian pizza without Canadian bacon with extra bacon, extra pineapple and extra cheese. Does this look extra to you? I see lots of pineapple but there’s barely any meat on my pizza. I’m fed up. Most definitely won’t be ordering from this location for a while. With my extra add ons that’s an additional $4 charge that I don’t mind paying. So why on earth did I not get my extra bacon? I know the toppings are added after the dough is rolled out, marinara and cheese is applied. So do not manipulate me to think the bacon is under the cheese or the pineapple. Get it together. I lost my appetite. Wasted money.

This store delivered the pizzas around 35 minutes later at 235-240 and just left them on the curb outside my apartment while I was out and never called or texted me about it until I discovered the boxes later when I came back at 6.

have waited over 3 hours and 45 minutes for our order. ive called the store to get an update on our order and the lady on the phone has been more than rude. I finally got ahold of her again (after a couple of times calling and being put on hold and left waiting) and she told me that they will send the order again but it will be an hour wait because they have orders ahead of mine (which was ordered 3 hours and 45 minutes ago). the lady on the phone has to be lying and should be fired for her antics tonight. i have ordered from papa Johns multiple times in the past and have never had any issues. If this isn't reconciled somehow, I will never give Papa Johns my business again.
