Call to order. Answered by someone in a completely different location than where we live. Went to pick up and no one around except for the guy in the back, and he was not watching front, AND PIZZA was not good. Dry, not much sauce or toppings and tasteless. Very disappointing! Will NOT order Pizza Hut again!

Ordered with a 25 to 30 minute delivery window. Over an hour and a half and nothing. Called and nobody answers the phone. Their site still says 25 to 30 mins and my pizzas have been cooking for over an hour and a half according to their website tracking app. Best part is their store is actually closed now and it still shows my pizza cooking according to their app.Wouldn't ever order from these guys again. Just absolute trash. Look at their feedback and you'll note it's all the same. I'm sure they'll be closed permanently soon as they are just trash.

The food was made to order and was delivered hot and in a timely manner. I enjoy ordering from here.
We ordered through the Pizza Hut App and sure it was Saturday around 6....but it took over 90 minutes to get us our food. Watching the Pizza Tracker I could see our food was in the over for over 40 of those minutes...if that thing is accurate. It told us our food would be delivered around 7:15. Try 8:10. It was some of the grossest food I've ever had delivered. I couldnt eat the pizza melt and the wings were soggy and no sauce on them at all. The damn chocolate donut things were just dry sponge. We will never order again. For delivery or pick up. I called the store at 7:45. 30 min past the time the app said our food would be delivered and the guy said oh doordash picked that order up 20 minutes ago. Like it was no big deal. It didn't show up until after 8. So gross.

If it were another day (i.e. Not New Years Eve) maybe this review would be kinder, but all I can say is Wow!! What an awful experience. The guy who took my order (I ordered carry out) never made eye contact, mumbled 1/2 the time and visibly appeared to be in a less than pleasant mood. No place to sit (twas a Pizza Hut Express location) and the pizza was well well below average. Needless to say, IMHO if I'm corporate & this location was pulling a marginal profit or less, I'd consider shutting it down.

Never prefered Pizza Hut until I started ordering from this location. Everything is on point 100% from the food to the service.!
The pizza was cold, there was no cover for the container of wings and the receipt was in the wing container under the chicken and BBQ sauce. Pizza and cheese sticks were not cut and it took 30 minutes longer than the expected 25-35 minutes on the app. We waited over an hour because they only had 1 driver. When I called and said I can just come pick it up they said my pizza was already out for delivery but he had a few orders to drop off first..
Pizza was what I expected for Pizza Hut. Always love the breadsticks! Waited quite a while before they even knew we were there for pickup. Maybe get a bell or chime for the door so employees in the back can tell when someone is waiting.
