There were grown adults mimicking people with disabilities, then they messed up my order the worst I’ve ever seen charging us for two biggies deals and only giving us the nuggets out of the second, I used to go here often from now on I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

They got rid of the pretzel bacon pub sandwich so sadly I’ll never be going back. Also, surge pricing is ridiculous. They’re already pretty expensive compared to other fast food places.

I dont know who they have at the window taking orders but they managed to have my entire order messed up and managed to short us a sandwich. The person just kept making mistakes and I'd have to correct it.I can't rate the food because I didn't get any food myself.

Service was excellent, staff are friendly. Cleanliness is definitely not on the top of the list here that's why they only get a 3 start rate. The condiment counter was pretty neglected, I thought maybe they had a busy lunch rush and couldn't clean quick enough.. nope, even when the restaurant was empty at 2:30 in the afternoon, four employees that we could see of didn't bother coming out to wipe tables, the ketchup dispenser had hard old crusty ketchup all over it, ketchup spilled every where, napkins pulled from dispenser just laying all over and dirty... MOST OF ALL THERE WAS NO SOAP IN THE BATHROOM ATT ALL!!! NO DISPENSER,NO PUMP, NOTHING! GROSS! IT WAS HARD TO SWALLOW MY FOOD. The place was just not appealing to me and I will not be visiting again.

Ordered through the drive through menu tonight, only car in line and they still managed to mess up. I ordered a $4 meal and didn’t get half of it. No nuggets, wrong burger, no fries ?!? Smh needless to say I’m

After so many years of being away, just had to have a Wendy's cheese burger so happily cruised on in to relive happy memories. 2 Cheeseburgers please....oh, they're Dave's Doubles...so great., let's go for those. Oh and a small Coke too please. Hit the window and handed over $24. Seems strange but ok for an old time treat. Hit the road and smiled as we dug into the burgers. The smiles screamed to a halt after biting into the tasteless dry meat, Now I make my own burgers from time to time so I know what bad burgers are when I come across them, but these were the very worst that I've ever had and at a price that was embarrassing to admit that I paid. I don't know if this is now the new standard for Wendy's, if these burgers were left over from 5 days previous, this was an episode of Candid Camera, or if Grand Forks has lost the corporate list of standards from Wendy's corporate office but this experience was a big shock to us. It will have to be a very long time before there will be another visit to Wendy's after this lovely experience and I know it won't be in North Dakota. I truly hope this was a one off event and the nice folks in Grand Forks don't have to put up with this failure as normal operating conditions.
