When you have a buffet style food it's somewhat understood that the quality of the food or at least the variety of the food isn't going to be that great. Unfortunately Wilkerson dining has started to go down the tubes. food. The only place that has somewhat of a variety is the Dakota Style food area(besides the chicken tenders they have on the end everyday...even a chicken tender fanatic would get tired of that for the entire semester) but that is unfortunately the area that slacks...read full review
